Budget hotel. Place right for the price. I don't recommend sa mga maarte tho. Just don't like the CR, kind of smells pero okay na pwede na for budget peeps!:) location is also great, near grand gaisano, hospital, atms, 7/11, also near sm city roxas.

Good location but the staff was not that helpful. Also, there were some garbage left by previous occupants.

Sira po yung doorknob ng CR walang lock. bumabaha ang CR dahil sira yung lababo at may amoy yung tubig na bumabaha. Maganda sana yung location malapit sa lahat buti nga tulog na tulog lng tlga kami sa gabi kaya pinagtiisan nlng nmin.

Pros - Location and staff. Cons - Foul smell inside the room when we check in. Aircon leaks. Bathroom is not clean especially the toilet bowl.

I requested for a late check out for us to have an ample time to rest before our flight but request was not granted. We can extend but we need to pay Php140 per hour. The hotel should have atleast considered that we checked in late (8pm) and we were not able to maximize the 24-hr use of our room. Hence, we opted to spend 5hrs at the airport instead. 😭 Location is good as it is within the city proper but I hope they can be more considerate to clients especially the budget travelers for them to be recommended to others. Also, room needs improvement (broken tiles in CR, additional outlets and etc.)

The staffs were truly great... Very friendly and helpful and very good location... The drawbacks are these... There is no elevator. It's hard for old people like me to go up and down... Plus there's a leak, a terrible leak in the shower which caused water on the toilet floor... I hope they fix it... Other than that, my stay is ok...

I'm having shower and then the water stop flowing and I call the information they come up and ask me to transfer to another room to continued my shower! They give us old towel and the room is also old. Grrrk!

It was also indicated that there is free wifi, the wifi was very slow. I cannot even use it. But the room itself was good.
