酒店地理位置优越，靠近附近的餐厅和旅游景点，员工也很友好。我订的是三人间，所以淋浴需要到外面去，不过浴室还不错，很干净。下次来怡保，我一定会再住这里。印象非常深刻。

Everything's okay. The lady was nice, she explained everything until we understand and she helped us book for the second day but unfortunately in the end we couldn't stay for another night because we couldn't get the earliest train tickets so we checked out in the evening

Perfect stay in Ban Loong Hotel during my visit to Ipoh. I choose front view room. The owner is super kind. Room is clean. The location also nearby the famous Ipoh Station, coffee shop and mural alley.

the room is clean and proper enough with affordable price. the staff really helpful and great. the atmosphere of the old city is presented beautifully by this hotel. hope comeback soon. :)

Excellent service and good ambiance!

Lokasi strategis. Dekaat dengan stasiun kereta, Plan B, oldtown coffee pertama di dunia, concubine lane, dan tempat-tempat lainnya yang berada di pusat kota tua ipoh. Pelayanan cukup baik. Hotel ini hanya terdiri dari 10 kamar. Untuk kamar 1 & 2 ada di bawah dekat dengan ruang santai untuk duduk-duduk. Sedangkan kamar lainnya ada di atas dan hanya bisa lewat tangga untuk ke atasnya. Kamar mandi cukup bersih. Disediakan handuk dan alat mandi standar. Lantai serta dinding unik dan terkesan vintage. Bisa jadi bentuk bangunan aslinya dari dulu seperti itu. Ada dispenser untuk bisa isi ulang air minum yang bisa air panas atau air dingin. Di kamar juga disediakan kopi sachet, kopi ipoh yang enak. Kalau mau minta kamarnya diberesin harus bisang sebelum jam 12 siang. Karena pelayan yang membersihkan kamarnya hanya bisa sampai pukul segitu. Tapi kalau mau minta kopi lagi setiap harinya tinggal bilang saja ke resepsionisnya. Hotelnya lebih terkesan kekeluargaan. Jangan lupa untuk deposit sebesar RM50 yang akan dikembalikan pada saat checkout serta bayar pajak turis sebesar RM10/malamnya

Tempatnya asik banget. Dekat banget sama tempat sarapan pagi. Dekat kopitiam nam heong yang enak banget, dekat sama stasiun juga, dekat sama area mural pokoknya dekat kemana-mana. Bisa dengan jalan kaki saja semuanya. Untuk kenyamanan kamar ini asik banget luas banget kamarnya. Kamar mandi di luar tapi kamar mandinya bersih banget. Interiornya industrial habis. Banyak spot foto mulai dari kamar sampai tempat makannya. AC-nya dingin. Semua berfungsi dengan baik. Ada telepon juga jadi bisa hub kamar manti yang lain juga kalau ada teman yang menginap di kamar lain. Ada gantungan baju. Pokoknya bersih rapi deh. Nyaman banget direkomendasikan banget. Boleh dicoba kalau kepersihan ipoh.

This hotel is center of city. You can go anywhere by walk or by grab car. Clean and also love the decoration simple but yet nice.

The room is very clean the first time we come there. The staffs also very kind and friendly they helped us for opening the front door. The restroom or toilet is very clean and they help us to clean our room if we ask them, if we don't they won't disturb your room, I think it's good because you sometimes need privacy for your room. The place also near to some famous foods to try in ipoh, ipoh mural and some chines foods places. Overall the experience staying there is very pleasing.

Perfect! Kamarnya bersih, staf baik semua, very helpful, kamar mandi bersih wangi, interior instagramable, lokasi strategis. Hotel ini cuma punya 9 kamar, jadi berasa private dan tenang, katanya yang punya renovasi bangunan peninggalan buyutnya, jadi semacam heritage, dan semuanya dijaga dengan baik! Kekurangan: karena interior dan lightingnya agak remang, kalau malam-malam rada seram haha, but, everything is okay! Rate 9 dari 10.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nice decorated. The shared bathroom was nice and clean too. The location was good, near Concubine lane and Plan B. I will suggest this hotel to my friend when they come to Ipoh.

Great location. Here also provide parking for guest. Staff here very nice. Overall great place with worthy money. Will choose here again if come Ipoh.

Walking distance to the best white coffee in town.

I stayed in Ban Loong Hotel for three nights. I found the shared bathroom very clean. No single day the shared bathroom was dirty. The bedroom wasn't that big but enough for two people and still comfortable for us. The staffs were friendly and gave useful information. One thing to note that the hotel is located in Ipoh old town and this area is like a deserted area after 7.00 pm. The hotel receptionist once told us to not walking around the old town after 7.00 pm. If you wanna go out at night, take taxi or grab a car. For me, this situation isn't much a problem because I enjoyed the quite ambience.
