The details of how to go inside the place was not being details so was not even close to stay in it.

I stayed here for my connecting flight, and I loved it. I will definitely stay here again.

Makanannya enak dan variatif. Mengambil properti ini dengan harapan bisa mandi sebelum lanjut penerbangan berikutnya. Ternyata fasilitas shower dikenakan biaya tambahan seperdua harga booking properti.

Sangat Menyesal. Meski staff & pelayanan ok, namun serasa percuma keluar banyak duit cuma dapet sofa sama minuman dan cemilan seadanya, berkerumun dengan pengunjung yang lain tanpa jarak kursi + sangat bising orang mondar mandir. Mending istirahat diarea bandara (ruang/kursi tunggu di area dalam bandara) jauh lebih nyaman, ruang ber ac juga, banyak port charger, toilet juga banyak, udara lebih fress dan segar dan tentu tidak perlu keluar uang sekian banyaknya hanya buat sewa kursi duduk.

Nice place to relax but not for sleep. The sofa cannot be reclined so it 's hard to sleep. And for those who is sensitive to noise its very hard to sleep. Often awaken every 30 minutes because of noises. Either someone talking, snoring or from plate being arranged. But overall nice play to relaxed and wait for your next flight. Drinks are decent, some good comfort food and nice coffee. Staff are very nice too.

Did the 3 hour thing. Had a 12 hour stop over in Changi. Enjoyed the lounge. Food was OK, drinks were OK, staff were great. But the best was the shower. Lovely, clean, spotless and and oh so enjoyable after a long day travelling.

Untuk transit 3 jam atau lebih ok banget. Kebetulan transit hampir 5 jam dan ambil yang bisa shower/mandi. Makanan dan minuman ok (freeflow) termasuk yang alcohol bir dan wine. Tempat nyaman.

Sangat membantu ketika harus transit lebih dari 5 jam di changi. Kamar mandi bersih dan nyaman. Lounge juga nyaman, sayangnya waktu itu lounge sangat penuh jelang tengah malam.

Recommended. Transit 5 jam nunggu di Lounge ini bisa makan dan minum kopi/teh, softdrink, bir maupun wine freeflow. Bisa juga mandi di sediakan handuk yang bersih, sabun dan shampo cair, hair dyer di kamar mandi private. Pemandangam Lounge ke arah parkir pesawat.

My flight square from ICN to Changi was delayed, I can't make it go to lounge, and its non refundable, I am literally pay for nothing.

Sofa cukup kecil, saran ditambahkan untuk penyanggah kaki. Jika pengunjung ingin mandi, bisa minta resepsionis untuk di list terlebih dahulu, setelah itu diberikan kunci kamar mandinya untuk mandi di ruangan sendiri lengkap dengan handuk. Untuk makanan dan minuman bisa ambil sepuasnya. 9.5/10

Too cold and only seat with reclining.

Servicenya bagus dan ramah. Transit tengah malam, untuk penerbangan jam 6 pagi, makan dan minun sepuasnya, sehingga tidak perlu memikirkan sarapan pagi.

I love the food and it 's okay to sit in a couch but they should place the keep quiet sign so others can rest.

All you can eat food is great but it should better if they put keep silence sign.

Electricity was off without any announcement before. No AC no light no water.

Tried singapore laksa and turned out to be the star of my long transit.

Lumayan buat menunggu dengan nyaman, tapi tidak nyaman untuk tidur.

I arrived to Changi at 3AM and here is my experience with Plaza Premium Lounge. 1. Reception checked and confirmed check in service quickly (I'm happy about it) 2. When I enter the Lounge, almost sofa seat are gone. Hard to find nearby Sofa for 2 people. Which is easy to find in transit area (outside the lounge) 3. Food is just OK, not many choice. 4. Toilet is not clean enough. I think the outside the lounge, toilet is much much better as they are cleaned frequently. Finally, I will not select this lounge for my next trips. Not cause it 's bad. It is not good enough compared to what I paid.

Minus: Tidak ada tempat tidur hanya kursi untuk rebahan, durasi hanya 3 atau 5 jam tergantung reservasi anda. Plus: Bisa makan dan minum sepuasnya, juga bisa mandi
