The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff (management and cleaners) are very friendly and helpful. Location is in town centre, easy access to eatery places, immigration office, UTC, banks, market and supermarkets. Thank you and God bless.

Before I check in I did ask night shift front desk staff latest check out time is what time, and he politely say 1pm. Then the next day I check out at 103pm or 106pm, morning shift staff charge RM15 and he said I took extra 6 minutes for that and I asked for the RM15 receipt and he refused to give me the receipt. So I doubt that is he actually seize my money by simply use that reason? And the money he never report to official hotel.

Nova is only good for travelers who are without own transport because no proper car park provided.

Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Near to town centre.

Parking area only for limited space and small area parking, no concierge service for helping me bring my stuff to my room at the end I just left it at my car
