Room are awesome but no shampoo in the toilet.

Staying for 3 nights but no house keeping. I wonder if they change the bedsheet and comforter or not before I check in because it smell bad. Please do pest control cause lots of small cockroaches in the room. Receiption staffs must be more profesional and behave well in term of appearance and attitude. I noticed most of the time the counter are left unattended. One more thing, the room 's door, fix it. Opening safe door is easier than that.

The hotel condition is way below my expectation. I've stayed at various hotels within this price range but this is the worse hotel I've ever seen. Dirty bed linen is something I could not tolerate with. The sink is leaking. The "large" room title is not as large as the title. I hope the hotel management would take urgent actions on this matters. Thanks

Unfriendly receiptionist. My request cannot be fulfill. Very bad.

I booked for a duplex room for 2 night. However, I was told that the curtain of one duplex room are not installed and are not in good condition. So the receptionist gave me another room which was 3 single bed room. I was not satisfied with the room. The TV was not working, no channel at all. Very small window for a room that big and poor cleanliness. I was checked in after 5pm and checked out 2 hours after checking in. Instead of staying for 2 nights, I only stayed for 2 hours. I want a refund for 1 night.
