kamar tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas,kotor,banyak monyet dipagi hari

Kondisinya kotor, ngga layak bangett. Reception ngga standby no rekom banget.

Banyak tempat makan, minum, dan hiburan di area sekitar hotel 👍 Wifi ok. Namun untuk kamarnya mungkin bisa lebih di-improve lagi dari segi kualitas kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandinya. Sudut banyak sudut-sudut kamar yang kotor. Kamar mandi bisa ditambahkan exhaust dan ganti lampunya yang terang. Untuk bagian bawah kasurnya juga tolong dibersihkan, karena kotor. Tapi overall bagus! Dan worth it!

Lumayan dengan harga yang sangat murah di pusat ubud. Kemana mana dekat.

Cheap in a good location. I stayed here a lot during solo trips or emergency moments when I need to paint my room, one time even staying for 3 weeks. Very humble staff too. Absolutely love this place.

Parah banget, pengalaman paling parah dalam menginap sejauh ini 😭 Pas datang orangnya nggak di sana, ditelpon susah, kuncinya ditinggalin aja di pintu. Pas masuk kamar, kamarnya LEMBAB, lumutan, ranjangnya bikin gatel-gatel, kamar mandinya basah, dan pintunya rusak. Pas orangnya ditelpon soal pintu kamar mandi, jawabnya judes, bilangnya dia baru balik besok pagi. Jadi saya harus nunggu gak mandi/buang air sampe besoknya gitu? Gila deh, nggak bakal lagi. Akhirnya saya tinggalin aja hotelnya, gak jadi nginep di situ. Gak mungkin bisa tidur 🥲.

Tempatnya sangat strategis, nyaman, sejuk, fasilitas oke dengan harga murah, dekat dengan semua fasilitas. Rekomendasi deh buat yang mau jalan-jalan ke Ubud.

Traveloka saat ini sudah melakukan penipuan, hotel sudah tidak bisa dipesan dengan traveloka masih diadakan untuk pemesanan, traveloka saat ini sangat buruk, saya lintang Lantung saya sangat marah dan kesal dengan aplikasi ini, sudah melakukan penipuan

Kamar luas dan nyaman. Tersedia handuk yang bersih dan wangi. Hanya tidak disediakan sabun, sampo serta air panas mandi karena water heater sedang dalam perbaikan. Lokasi mudah dijangkau karena berada di dekat Monkey Forest dan lokasi wisata lainnya. Suara burung berkicau dan binatang malam silih berganti siang dan malam. Sangat nyaman suasananya.

Terrible service. The receptionist named Dedy was so rude. The way he communicate was so bad. I made a booking before 12 pm, arrived at the receptionist and couldn't find anyone. He left a piece of paper with his phone number written on it. I made a call and apologised that I made a late booking due to my condition on that time. He finally answered his phone after 2 or 3 calls and said that I made a booking for the other Teba house. I went to other Teba house which is one owner but different location probably the distance was 1,3 km. Arrived on the other Teba house and the receptionist said that My booking was Teba house Bisma. I had to go back to the first Teba house again. I booked deluxe room with Air-conditioning but Dedy gave me a room with Fan. I made a complain to Dedy 's colleague whom help and accompanied me from the other Teba house and Dedy came out from his bed room explaining that there was a mistake on the system. I didn't want to take the fan room as my booking was air-conditioning room. Dedy was so unprofessional. Instead of apologising he offered me a refund with an angry face. What a crappy service!

Secara keseluruhan nyaman, hanya saja untuk kamar yg saya tempati wastafelnya bocor sampai hari kedua belum di perbaiki mungkin juga karena libur lebaran tukang pipanya. Room only handuk harap minta saat check in kalo tidak bawa sendiri, peralatan mandi jg harap bawa sendiri. Tenang vibesnya dekat minimarket dan banyak tempat breakfast.

Tempat bagus sih. Sayang tidak ada tempat parkir mobil. Mending bawa motor aja kalau mau nginap di sini.

The location was great for us, plenty of restaurants and and spas within walking distance and only about a 15min walk to the main road. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, the rooms were great given the price and the staff were so so lovely. Very accommodating, helpful and kind, my partner and I loved staying here!
