My overall experience here was superb! The staff are all friendly. The Wi-Fi is also easy to access and the speed is quite okay. Plus 10 points here as they also provide a shuttle van to/from MOA which is very very convenient and the van is also clean and on time. Will definitely book this hotel again. Ohhhh, another plus point, they have a bidet which most of the hotels in Manila don’t have one 😅

Dear Sir/Madam, The staffs of TRYP by Wyndham mall of asia are friendly, courteous and polite. I would like to acknowledge the assistance of Ms. Leana in the reception counter (I hope I spelled her name correctly) for my request to put a "Happy Birthday " greeting inside our room for my daughter during our stay. She felt happy & we are very grateful and appreciate the efforts done by your team/staff. Aside from the noises we experienced during the dawn coming from the adjacent room & few food varieties during the breakfast the experience of staying for the 3rd time in the hotel was enjoyable. I highly recommend that the hotel management would consider adding more food varieties for breakfast as more & more hotel visitors prepare taking breakfast inside the hotel now a days for convenience. Installing a water dispenser in the corridor or lift lobby would be an excellent gesture for visitors who need to cool or hydrate themselves. I would stay again in TRYP by Wyndham mall of asia on my future trips in Manila as the location is very accessible to other surrounding buildings & shopping mall and travel distance to airport is also a plus. Also, I hope the management would consider installing roof or covered shelter in the outside parking lots to make it more convenient to those parking outside incase the basement parking is full specially during peak periods. Also I would suggest to install sensors in the basement parking so it would be easier to know if there are vacant lots in basement parking area. The staffs are great & I hope the management will reward them for their hard work & efforts. Good job team, keep up the good work. Looking forward on my next stay in TRYP. Best regards, Jonah Torres

I thought the view was more than that, because I chose a premium bay, but what can I say, it's still a bay view. The staff are very informative and nice. They have rooftop restaurants and have nice views if you go at night. Except for the view not like I was expecting, everything was great.

Terrible stay expensive pa stay somewhere who doest discreminate wearing own hotels slippers at breakfast time. Didn't know its a bridgertob ball every morning but choices for an expensive meal is very limited. Bettr order grab or fpanda.

they upgraded our room from 2 double bed to 3 single bed and 1 double bed with 2nd floor. the room was so clean. the service needs improvement. no other channel on tv. not cable. over all 4/5. recommended. good for relaxing.

We were not informed before the booked date that the hotel was used as a quarantine facility. We should have been informed beforehand so we can cancel immediately. We were told that the booking was subject to cancellation because of such reason which is very understandable, but they should have informed us in advance.

The staff are courteous and helpful. We were accommodated very well from the time we enter the hotel to the check-in process. I requested for baby cot and it was provided. Happy to see that they have thermal screening process now that there’s an issue on coronavirus. The hotel is small but the beds are large and I really like it. I would also like to mention the complimentary cbtl coffee and its machine plus great sunset view at the roofdeck.

hotel room was good. foods in restaurant was tasty and nice. workers were good manners also.

Hassle check in and check out. Being a first timer in this hotel, the staff is very assisting to our concerns. The building is strategically located near malls and tourist spots. The view in our room was the famed manila bay, and we get to see a bit of the sunset too on its pool area. The hotel provides hourly shuttle service to the nearby mall of asia and back.

Pros: - breakfast buffet is okay! Love the tapa and corned beef and champorado! Definitely perfect for tourists - service is okay. Everyone’s friendly - they allowed us to leave our 2-layer cake while we roam moa even after we checked out. Appreciate it! Cons: - I can hear the people beside our rooms. How can you fix this? My baby can’t sleep! - foul odor in the hallway of 15th floor (asked the housekeeping team to spray 3x for the 2 days that we were there. The smell was terrible. If you want to stay in a hotel where you can truly rest, don’t book here. If you just need a room to stay for the night because of an event nearby (same with our case), you can stay here. Not advisable for babies. They will not have a decent sleep here.

Menginap di hotel ini benar-benar menyenangkan. kamarnya luas, ranjangnya lebar, saya dan anak-anak sangat menikmatinya. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan sama by the bay juga menambah kemudahan, bisa ditempuh tak lebih dari 15 menit jalan kaki.

The hallway is so noisy due to the other guests with children from the other rooms; the children are running at the hallway and even knocked on our door and run. Some guests beside our room were also noisy when they entered their rooms. The rooms are not sound-proof so you can hear voices at the hallway and the room beside you. We did not have a good sleep due to the nuisance and we have to wake up early because we have a golf tournament.
