This is a hotel aimed primarily at Vietnamese travelers and could be a bit feature sparse for most western/international travelers. This is what I and my family expected before arrival and was happy to live with it for the one night stay. However, the issue for our stay was that the hotel completely lost its electricity supply while we where out in the sea (5-6 pm) and when we returned wet and sandy we where informed of the problem and told that we had to change accommodation to another establishment as they had no back power supply. The power lose was just confined to the hotel, adjacent properties were OK. We had to pack our suitcases in near darkness, in wet clothes, then take a taxi to the other property which proved to be of a considerably lower standard (No working air con, windows could not be shut and broken facilities in the combined shower/toilet room). While the people at the original hotel arranged for the taxi and alternative accommodation, we were basically dumped at the doorstep and left to get on with it.
