Nice Clean Room Not Noisy easy check in

Room is excellent, clean & proper. Except hotel car park is shared with the mall car park and a little misleading.

Appreciate the front office personnel given a ginger bread gift for customers whom check in however they request to fill up the details in email address and phone number (front office data information) which l told them l had check in before last month and why cannot detect my personal details. Was disappointment with the room no 2303 given, surprisingly was small, no lounge/lazy chair, mini bar was lock, call and request to open and room personal empty the mini bar and was informed that this room supposed for tour group's and the bedside light was blinking. The 1st time am staying last month room no 2523 was awesome, superb room, no complaints, everything in order, 5 stars room. Is there a double standards? The 29th floor was the fitness centre. was there in the afternoon using treadmill exercise for about half hour. surprisingly no staff attendance. In case there are incidents injured during exercise, whom shall call for help? Nevertheless everything was ok, Hope to improve for next trip over there.

It is a great experience to stay there, the service is good, except the master switch button is not function but when I call the engineering to fix it, the came Immediately even it was on 11.00 pm, the room is spacious and have a bathtub, the breakfast also great and have so many varieties, the hotel are locates beside the Paradigm mall, which ia had so many foo varieties. Super satisfied.

At first, need to change room. Request premier king, but got premier twin. The person in charge during check in helped me to change the right room. The room just nice. Love the view. Stay at level 26. Wish to stay here again.

1st time staying the Hotel, wow.. awesome. except the hotel room's door are not sound proofing and the car park two in one complex (hotel and mall) quite confusing.

Hotel yang luar biasa, kamar cantik, fasilitas yang luar biasa. Proses check-in dan out cepat. Sayang cuma menginap semalam. Booking dengan harga epic 300 ribu.

The room is nice, breakfast is good. Front desk's service not good and not friendly. It feels like we owe them something? The Chinese staff in Club Residence desk is nice and friendly.

We checked in for our kid birthday vacation. It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival.  Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities, you may need. The bed was King-size and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel is located just beside the Paradigm shopping mall.  This hotel got the perfect 360 city view on their rooftop. The infinity pool is huge and really beautiful! Special thanks to Mr. Ammar for the birthday surprise arrangement to my kid. There was a surprise birthday cake on my table with birthday greetings card from Ms. Elaine. Elephant towels and balloons decorations was cute and nice. Also thanks to Mr. Agus provided us the concierge service for changing room.  Oh ya, not to forget to say thanks for the complimentary late check out offer by Mr. Ammar. So we can spend more time in this hotel during the stay.  New world Petaling Jaya hotel team is so wonderful!  Definitely will come back again.

Very nice room with a stunning infinity pool at the roof.

The location is good. The bed is comfy. However, the room is a bit small for the price. No complimentary coffee or tea. The aircond take long to cool the room and worst of all the pillow doesnt smell fresh at all. Stayed in deluxe room 2821. But one thing I must say is Thank You for allowing early check in so I am able to settle in for company event.

It's really good hotel with excellent service! Very clean and we can just walk to the mall. Nice food, so many choices for breakfast, and nice view from the rooftop. I would love to comeback!

Booked the room so that I could go up to the poolside on the rooftop of the hotel to watch the New Year’s fireworks only to be told on check in that the hotel management had closed the pool area for a private (fee paying) party and in-house hotel guests could not access the area without paying a cover charge (that was more than 30% of the room rate!). It’s certainly the management’s prerogative to do so but guests should be informed at booking so that I can go to another hotel instead! New Year’s Eve events at the hotel’s outlets are expected but closing off common areas like the poolside to hotel guests reeks of a lack of integrity by the hotel management.
