我因为出差住了三天两夜。作为马六甲人，酒店位置靠近市区，交通便利。但是，办理入住和退房时，工作人员的态度并不热情。第二天，空调噪音很大，很烦人。而且水槽没有弹跳式下水塞，万一洗手洗脸的时候不小心掉了贵重物品怎么办？第二天我要求打扫房间，但他们没有像照片里那样把床单铺好，甚至连马桶上的清洁剂痕迹都没擦干净。他们真的接受过清洁培训吗？第三天，清洁人员未经我允许就擅自打扫了我的房间，这怎么可能？我的隐私呢？最后，床单很薄，而且有好几处泛黄的污渍，这让我感觉很不舒服，因为他们明明用的是全白的床单。我听说那里的食物不错，但我入住期间没有早餐。

酒店外观看起来很棒，但进房间后就感觉很普通了。水压调到7档都很慢。早餐非常简单。地理位置优越。这家酒店有游泳池。

前台、咖啡厅和客房服务人员都非常友好。酒店离克勒邦海滩很近。我们入住时选择了含早餐的套餐。印度煎饼（Roti Canai）非常好吃！一定要尝尝！

一切都还好，除了 wifi 最差，而且早餐种类不多。

远离中心，是一片相当空旷的区域。但房间宽敞、干净。

斋月自助餐，食物美味，价格实惠

Kami dari Sabah dan menginap di sini. Hotel tersangatlah bersih dan selesa. Jarak ke bandar dalam 15 minit. Sesuai bagi keluarga yang beranak kecil untuk menginap di sini kerana tahap kebersihan sangat memuaskan.

Bilik luas selesa siap ada sticker view laut kat dinding tapi overall okey je selesa.

Hotel hanya 4km dari Banda Hilir, kurang 1km ker Pantai Klebang, parking yang banyak untuk yang menginap di sini, bilik yg agak luas, terdapat gerai untuk sarapan hanya di hadapan hotel dengan pelbagai menu

Casa Bonita Hotel is a small hotel that brings the best of Melaka to your doorstep. The spacious and modern rooms come equipped with basic amenities like toothbrushes, shower, soap, and shampoo. Air conditioner is hot & Leaking water, like raining, bedsheets, comforter is dirty & smelly, towel is dirty & smelly, toilet very dirty, restaurant breakfast the food is cooling, so little choices, basic like fried egg also doesn't have, toast machine out of function, everything is bad, really bad experience.

3 Star hotel, what do you expect? 😅 but still, happy with the hotel although there 's few things need to be improved 👍🏻.

This hotel use to be one of the “good hotel in Malacca”. Good and beautiful building and car park. But, unfortunately, because of Covid 19. Everything turn up side dawn. Let hope hotel management could “do something” to pull everything back to the Glory Period specially put some more “GLASS/cup and etc” into the room like other same class hotel have to have. We'll love to visit malaysia again “IF” Malaysia Government “allow thailand plate vehicle fill” 95 and 97 as same as Malaysia Plate valued.

So bad, maintenance not good

The air conditioner in room was leaking and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. I think the hotel maintenance have to check the room first before the customer want to check-in. One more, about the breakfast. I want to suggest to the hotel management to provide the cereal section for kids like other hotels. Kids really love to eat cereal early in the morning than heavy meals.
