The place is not clean. We arrived late and it was a last minute booking.

Love the accommodation. The room was so good though the housekeeping is a bit off. The toilet seat was a bit dirty with stains. The sides of the sink were a bit moldy.

Most of the time, foul odor comes out of the exhaust opening of the toilet.

Had the most awesome stay here.

The room is spacious, clean and with parking area in the basement. Shopping malls area nearby e.g Ayala business center and SM City. Online booking with breakfast via app is highly recommended. This Hotel is at the back of Castle Peak hotel (with convenience stores and restaurants).

This is not my first time in cebu, and booking in a 4-star hotel was never been this good. The location is situated in city, near from attractions. Breakfast is exceptional. Giving 100% rate to the cleanliness and the staff. I just had a problem with their rest room, no bidet. The reception told me that because we just booked a superior room thus bidet is not included. I had booked a 2-star and 3-star hotel in cebu before but they have bidet. This mezzo hotel is claiming they are 4-star but no bidet. I want to book again in this hotel soon but please install bidet in all rest rooms in your hotel.

It was clean, the hotel looked new, we had the pool all to ourselves, they serve great coffee!

Price was fine. Pool was nice. Gym was nice. Location was great. Comfort on bed was not so good .And breakfast buffet was terrible. Overall, the stay was fine.

Nice hotel and good location. The lobby was clean and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and I like the room setting. The lobby was hot, and unlike other hotels, their lobby was a bit smelly. Their pool was not nice, not at all since there's no caretaker and the pool looked untidy. They need to improve more on their pool since it will most likely attract guests like us. Food was sumptuous and we liked it. WiFi was okay.

Hallways are too small so you can really literally hear other guests chatting and banging their door. Beds are too low. Toiletries are not complete. We have to request for a slippers in their FO. And breakfast is not good. Only 3 courses. Sauteed cabbage, hotdog and daing that's it. All in all not satisfies
