Clean room and easy to access to the hotel. One bad situation is that the reception check-in the wrong guest to our room. It turn out that the owner of the lodge assign house maid to work as a reception which is a wrong job for them because they can't speak English! And it take them very long time to communicate to each other and decide how to solve problem because house maid have to call manager which is somewhere else, then the manager have to call owner which is somewhere else. They finally decide to check-in us to the same our room while that wrong guest is outside and move the guest staff to the other room. Since that wrong guest already have the key and no one in that hotel can call them to explain the situation. We have to wait for them quite a long time and it cause us to not really comfortable during the whole night. Until midnight, we decide to manage to find some pen and paper to leave a note outside our room to explain all situation and suggest them to speck with the hotel stuff.
