这间住宿感觉就像一个家。 房间干净明亮，浴室也很干净。 有一个游泳池，虽然不是很大。

这里的氛围就像在家一样舒适，工作人员也很友好。只是个建议，kki，可以配备一个加热玻璃杯或微波炉，这样盒子里的食物就可以加热了。

如果您在 ITS 参加活动，这里的位置非常便利，步行即可到达正门，而且离餐饮场所和 Galaxy 购物中心也很近。客房和设施以及清洁度都超出了预期，下次来 ITS 时，这里将是您的首选。

地点靠近 ITS，氛围很安静。只是如果你想进入 ITS，在环岛时需要小心，因为它会切道，而从 Kertajaya 往 Mulyosari 方向的车辆行驶速度很快。

地方很舒适，但食物有点欠缺。

电视不能用，我向工作人员求助但还是不能用，提供的食物是盒饭，只有两种选择，室内装潢很复古但维护得不太好，浴室就像在医院里。公共厨房提供饮用水、咖啡等，用完后请自行清洗玻璃杯……

地理位置优越，靠近 ITS，氛围舒适，有家的感觉。服务很好。总体来说不错。还会再来这里住的。

一切都还好，只是早餐品种不是很多。

泳池很漂亮，宽敞而且安静。花园很阴凉。没有噪音。

Homey banget, sesuai dengan namanya Rumah Kertajaya, jadi berasa dirumah 🥰 apalagi kamar premier plus nya, cakepp 😍pasti balik lagi kesini. 😀

I came to this hotel on the afternoon of 14 January 2025 from Surabaya Gubeng Station. I was greeted by two male hotel staff who explained some of the hotel's stuff: where to get my breakfast, laundry, and when the reception opens and closes. In the morning, a lady staff member served me breakfast from a nearby cafe (because the hotel does not have a stand-alone restaurant). The laundry was just the staff picking up your dirty clothes to a nearby express launderer for Rp 40,000, which you can take from the reception at 6 pm. Remember that this express launderer uses a clear plastic bag, so do not wash your undies there if you are uncomfortable. The room is very Lindy because it has a tall ceiling (~5 metres high), which is good for creativity (I finished my Q1 journal article here in 4 hours!). The bidet is available, and the hot water shower is on (no hot water in the sink or bidet). Items of furniture are old and look like they have been used for a long time, and the air conditioner works, although its cover looks loosely attached. Free WIFI is available, although its firewall is a bit strange (i.e. it did not permit me to download specific journals or to open helioviewer.org, a completely safe website for solar monitoring). We did not have in-room snacks, coffee, or tea, only two 600 ml bottles of drinking water. The bedding is excellent, the pillows are comfortable, and I had my best two nights' sleep here.

Untuk staf sangat ramah, hanya untuk menu sarapan rasanya biasa aja dan sedikit menu pilihannya. Overall masih recomended mengenai disini

Kamarnya langsung hadap pool. Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, tenang. berasa rumah sendiri. yang agak kurang makanan nya sih. tapi ini sudah termasuk oke lho guest house mau nyediakan makan. yang nginap disini n niat mau berenang pastikan sediain baju renang soalnya wajib pakai, gak boleh pakai bahan kaos katun. saran aja, lampu di lorong atas cukup gelap kalau malam, mungkin bisa diganti yang lebih terang. selebihnya oke.
