Clean room and staff are very friendly 👍.

very poor service, no changing of towel and room service... 3 day without room service and cleaning no done in my room... not collected of rubbish in my room... ask for towel but no stock, waiting for drying but until night time not giving new towel for customer.

Clean and just enuff, alot of ants. Suitable for small sized people like me but mayb a medium built person would find moving around the toilet a little hard.

No lift. Need to carry my luggage and beg upstairs. No kettle. No water cooler provided.

Room is small but value for money with comfortable bed with new aircon & TV. Can improve with a small floor towel to wipe wet feet. 5 minutes walking to hospital & saberkas.

The management need to get rid of the ants

A pleasant place to stay and comfortable for a short time duration.

Bilik agak kecil even untuk berdiri, anyway cleanliness is good.

The room was clean and comfy. The door of the room I stayed needed some maintenance. Other than that, everything is beyond my expectation.

If you plan to visit SGH soon and only need a short rest / sleep,this is an affordable place. Clean and comfy (maybe because it was recently open for few months)

the room was average and was very small.. don't have space to move inside.. but it was very clean and nice.. it just too small.
