One thing we did not like was that they called our room for a wake-up call even though we didn't ask for it. They thought we have an early flight; How very inefficient they are, we were disturbed by the call and woke up early because of that. We did not got the chance to go back to sleep because our baby woke up too. A day before this incident happened, they sent a therapist for a massage, also, we did not ask for it. This maybe because of a mistake in the room number asking for those services, but look how inefficient they are, and caused inconvenience to us, especially a disturbed sleep because of a mistaken wake-up call. 😒.

I have a great time staying in this hotel, staff are accomodating, the place was great and the breakfast was buffet and delicious, I will surely come back. Thank you so much.

The free breakfast buffet is amazing. A lot of options. The internet inside the rooms s**** tho.

The staffs are friendly and very polite, however the room is not clean, it smells like it was vacant for a week and no one ever check it before giving to someone, the bed linens are dirty and stained, balcony are very dirty. Phones are not working. Was expecting more since its little bit pricey than other 3 star hotel. I did pay for breakfast since I didn't have a choice so I was hoping to request for at least a sandwich to bring with us in airport since we had very early flight but they told us directly that it was not possible as breakfast starts at 6am and we had to leave at 5am.

Highly recommended. Very nice hotel that is near the PP airport. Well mannered hotel staff. The food tastes great too.

Worth every cent spent. We'll be back for sure.

nice clean and tidy room good service about food breakfast was good but dinner not tasty we have ordered value meal chicken bbq and grilled tuna chicken was over cooked and and grilled tuna was not hot.

Perfect place for family bonding. Room is homey and spacious. Views are truly relaxing.
