Nice room but the floor was dirty, hard and uncomfortable mattress.

Bilik yang luas, sangat selesa.

selesa, luas, banyak kemudahan yang disediakan, tempat yang sangat cantik .

TV dan internet tidak memuaskan. WiFi down. Keadaan bilik juga tidak bersih.

good service give us park our car at front door clean and very satisfying place if we go to kk for sure we will choose utopian homes again

I feel so disappointed with the management of utopian homes becoz, 1. I cant use the gymnasium. In the advertisement showed the gym provided for customer but when I asked the guy who gave me the apartment key, he said it was the management rule that only the residents can use the gym. So so so sad. 2. The kettle cant be used. I WhatsApp the guy, but no respond. Nextday, the guy give me a reason he was off duty or on leave in which I personally can accept this kind of unprofessional reason. 3. Only 1 bathroom. Attached to masteroom. The other one is toilet near to kitchen area. How can they take a bath for 7 person ( 3 queen bedroom and 1 single bedroom) and yet only 1 bathroon provided. So sad. Thank you very much.

Overall sangat memuaskan, host sangat membantu, apartementnya jg bagus 👌 tetapi peralatan makan kurang lengkap, air di bidet dan wastafel yg ada di kamar tidur utama kurang lancar but it's ok. Dan juga kalau bisa kunci unit ada duplikatnya jadi jika tamu didalam apartemen tersebut mau pergi ke tempat berbeda dan waktu pulang pergi yg berbeda jg bisa dgn leluasa untuk masuk tanpa harus menunggu. Terima kasih 😊👏 kemungkinan saya akan kembali memesan untuk next trip ke Kota Kinabalu

Apartment luas, sangat selesa dengan kemudahan yang disediakan sangat-sangat memudahkan percutian keluarga kami, view yang cantik, mudah akses ke mall dan juga parking kereta yang dekat. Anak pun enjoy berenang dan kami enjoy taman yang ada.

Dekat sangat dengan mal, senang nak ulang alik kalau nak shopping, parking pun free, oke lah.

Okay this is my honest review. Request for early check in tapi ejen ckp dorg tak di inform pasal benda tu & kami kena tunggu dari pukul 12.30 pm sampai pukul 3 pm baru masuk. Apartment pula tak memuaskan. Tandas kotor & berbau kencing. Stove xdapat guna. Jug water heater rosak tapi slps request dorg tukar la. Ya tu je la. So far not so good walaupun sebenarnya kalau untuk ramai orang sangat berbaloi sebab ruang besar & selesa kalau bersih. Keep it up. 2 star. (Update) - checkout again, like seriously time checkout ada sorg dari ejen tu send me a msg bgtau yang masa checkout adalah 11am & time tu 10am lebih. Sdgkan kat booking time chckout adalah 12 at noon. Guys not recommended at all.
