酒店靠近旅游景点和餐厅。酒店没有电梯，房间设施也比较简陋。房间隔音效果不好，因此不建议对噪音敏感的客人入住。酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置优越。

步行即可到达金伯利夜市，酒店门前就有 CAT 巴士，您可以免费乘坐巴士游览乔治城。

Tôi đã lưu trú ở đây 2 đêm. Phòng sạch sẽ tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng vẫn tốt. Gần khu phố cổ Penang, Malaysia. Ăn uống tham quan gần khu vực. Mọi người nên trải nghiệm.

Saya menikmati pengalaman menginap saya di sini. Staff yang cukup ramah dan tempat yang strategis di dekat Little India. Namun, saya kecewa karena tidak ada air minum yang disediakan. Overall is good.

Excellent location to reach many landmarks and popular street food night markets in Georgetown.

We booked a family room but upon arrival the staff told us the room was under the upgrading process so they substituted a double bed room and twin bed room for us. We are a family of 5. The rooms were perfect. They were clean and most importantly the bathroom was squeaky clean (I couldn't find stains on the wall or floor at all). The water heater and flush works fine. Water pressure was strong. The AC was cold as they could be. The ceiling fan was also spinning fast (We switched on speed 3). TV also works wonderfully. No lagging or blank screen at all. The bed was also comfy for a budget hotel. We really like this hotel for the absolute reason that the rooms were clean. 2ndly the location was strategic.

Lagi Bagus jika bangunan tersebut disediakan lif. Saya booking bilik by on line. diruang lain² permintaan saya minta 2 biji bantal untuk 2 org. Sbb dah tahu bantal yang sedia ada mesti rendah/tipis. Tetapi Staf kaunter daftar. Tidak Bagi. ☹️

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and simple rooms, great location on the boarder of Little India and close to some interesting sights and public transportation. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear other guests, but no one was a disturbance. There is also no elevator, so if you have mobility issues I would advise staying somewhere else, but as a stair user it was no problem.

no lift not suitable for elder..no car park..

We got the third floor, and there is no lift in the hotel, we go with senior person, so it is difficult to take the luggage to the third floor

Hotel bersih, air panas berfungsi baik, AC dingin, disediakan handuk. lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan mural street art tinggal jalan kaki, Dekat restoran halal. pegawai semua ramah. Hanya tidak ada lift dan kamar kami di lantai 3, jadi tidak direkomendasikan untuk orang tua.

Room clean, hot water available, very helpful and kind receptionist, the hotel is located in strategic place, you can walk to the tourism spots in george town

First of all no lift in the hotel only narrow and dangerous stairs!! it is very inconvenient for us travelling with senior citizen and children nevertheless for luggage load and unload from the room really frustrating!! The reception not friendly or helpful at all even offer assistance for luggage’s while we are struggling!! Parking is available but you need to buy the coupon by yourself not free as indicate on the booking add!!Not worth for money and 100% will not recommended to others. Disappointment Stay

Hotel by the road side and it’s kinda noisy if your room is facing the main road. No receptionist on duty after midnight.

The location is very strategic. If you want to travel culinary is such a good thing to choose this hotel

Pros: - good air conditioner (Penang is so hot) - Water heater works well - Located only walking distance to georgetown (little india), chew jetty - price is fair enough. Cons: - no elevator (big issue when you bring heavy/large luggage)
