จ่ายเงินเข้าพักในราคา4คน แต่ให้หมอนแค่3ใบ ขอเพิ่มก็ไม่ให้ ถ้าต้องการหมอนก็ต้องจ่ายอีก100 เสียความรู้สึกสุดๆ ต้องเอาผ้าห่มมาหนุนหัวให้ลูกนอน น่าสัวเวทจริงๆ

จองห้องแอร์แต่ไม่ได้นอนห้องแอร์ เพราะแอร์เสีย ต้องได้นอนพัดลมแทน ผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าห่ม สกปรกมากก ห้องก็ไม่เก็บเสียงงง สรุปจ่ายเงินไปนอน แต่เหมือนไม่ได้นอน โครตแย่เลยยย

My family & I just stayed here for 1 night so for me the room is clean but they're no kettle and iron inside. It was quite a bit hassle for me to make a hot drink because had to go to the ground floor to take hot water. If the hotel could provide a water filter (with cold & hot water) it will be more convenient for others. Hotel has a lot parking & friendly staffs.

When I came to check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly. I showed her my booking receipt, but she told me unable to find id number. I asked her to check the name, but she made it so complicated. That was bad receptionist I ever met.

My recent stay at HI season Hotel was extremely disappointing. With the price of almost MYR400 per night (peak CNY season). Upon arrival at 10:30 am, despite having a confirmed booking, we were denied the opportunity to drop off our baggage, forcing us to carry everything to the restaurant for lunch using Grab services. The front desk staff were unfriendly, incapable of speaking English, and unhelpful. Basic amenities like a kettle or iron were not provided in our room, and the hotel 's location next to a busy main road made it inconvenient and unsafe for pedestrians, especially with children. Overall, our experience was far below expectations, and we left feeling deeply dissatisfied.

Location wise very good, however the hotel itself are too old.

I had most pleasant stay here. But the toilet a bit smelly.

Good room but the mirror is straight at the bottom of the bed. So you almost always catch yourself in the mirror. That ' s shocking sometimes. Unclear TV signal. There is a little balcony.

ห้องสบายเลยค่ะ พี่ๆให้บริการดี แต่อยากให้ปรับเรื่องการเข้าไปทำความสะอาดห้อง อยากให้มีการแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนเข้าไปห้องค่ะ ส่วนตัวห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงค่ะ แต่แขกท่านอื่นไม่ได้เสียงดังจนรบกวนมากเกินไป
