The hotel is nice and great location. However, the service from the F.O is under that make my friends and me waiting and starve for 1.5 hours to wait for rent cars came.
If I could give you an advise, Please train/give your F.O english course since their english is hard to understand and same thing happen to other guest who talk with them using google translate? How’s not efficient is that? Your pool on the rooftop is really dirty, there is a lot of lots of dirt settles at the bottom of the pool.
