店主允许我延迟入住和延迟退房。

工作人员不太友好，房间门口杂乱地晾着很多衣服。

这家酒店刚开业的时候我住过一次，那是我住得最好的一次，但这次我很不满意。房间很脏，浴室也很脏，没有毛巾，喷水器也不好用，蚊子还特别多。

这里很安静，因为离主干道比较远。喜欢安静氛围的人，这里是个好去处……简单，规矩不多，适合家庭入住……

房间不是很干净，而且有异味。 反应慢。 设施不完整或不足。 厨房不整洁。

You can feel the springs on the mattress. Door frame needs fixing. Had to show the Cleaning Lady how to brush the toilet clean 😂.

Letak Houstel nya sangat strategis, saya menginap 4 malam, bersih, pokoknya puas, pelayanannya juga ramah, ada dapur juga, kalo mau bikin mie & kopi sangat bisa. Makasih sudah menyambut kami dengan baik, nanti kalo ke Bali bakal nginep di sini lagi.

Sayang ga disediain untuk beli makanan di hotelnya kayak mie instant/roti bakar karena lokasinya agak jauh dari tempat makan/resto.

Kurang terawat, tembok kotor dan beberapa lampu mati.

Tidak sesuai dengan foto. Villa tidak terawat, tidak ada air panas & sinyal wifi lemah.

The room does not same with the description that i've booked before. I choose room with one large bed but they put me in a room with twin bed. on the facility description it shampoo runs out and is not refilled, towels are not replaced every day, when I stay in the morning there is a bad smell from the toilet, the receptionist is not friendly, television broadcasts are not good but the room basically clean

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di sini.

It is near from udayana university’s hospital and also from garuda wisnu kencana, but a little miscommunication happened from the app and the hotel but yeah fortunately I still can check in 😅👍

Kamar bersih, rapi, sesuai dan pelayanan ramah.

Kamar nyaman dan lokasi tenang. Cocok untuk beristirahat.

Fasilitas seperti TV rusak, tak ada lemari, dan perlengkapan mandi.

Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, staff ramah sekali, lokasi strategis.

Sangat nyaman dan lokasi tenang.

Lokasi menginap strategis dekat rumah sakit udayana, staf ramah, ada rooftop-nya juga.
