Mình đã đặt phòng từ trước cả tháng nhưng nhân viên không giữ phòng cho mình mà lại cho các khách khác thuê phòng của mình theo giờ. Khi mình đến phải đợi rất lâu để khách khác ra mình mới được vào nhận phòng.

The room is clean and new. Toilet is well house-kept. But there is no refrigerator as information stated and no wardrobe which is real inconvenient.
