酒店很容易找到，工作人员非常热情。虽然早餐品种不多，但我很喜欢那里的鱼类菜肴。房间有点小，而且没有景观。

The room was spacious and comfortable. And it was cleaned up everyday. We could store our luggage after check out near receptionist desk. The staff was very helpful and we can get free tuktuk to MBK center. Overall, it was a great experience to stay at VELA be hotel.

Sedikit jauh dari Stasiun BTS Ratchahewi tapi jangan khawatir karena ada fasilitas tuk tuk gratis dari hotel yang siap mengantar tamu menuju Stasiun BTS Ratchahewi atau MBK. Tamu hanya perlu memesan di resepsionis. 100 m dari hotel ada 7/11 jadi tidak perlu bingung kalau mendadak lapar

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ ngăn nắp, nhưng bể bơi thì hơi nhỏ không bơi được nhé mọi người

Hơi buồn vì giá phòng cao nhưng phòng không có view gì cả và hơi xa trạm BTS. Nhưng bù lại nhiều 7eleven, nhân viên cực thân thiện và tiếng anh tốt, dọn phòng mỗi ngày.

we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights from 3 months ahead. we requested connecting rooms because it's a family holiday with a toddler and 2 senior citizens. the voucher noted that they have connecting rooms upon request. but, when we checked in, they ask extra 500 Baht per night for connecting rooms, which not mentioned in the voucher or in their profile. they also provided us rooms without water heater. we already mentioned that we travel with a toddler, which requires hot water for milk. it's so inconvenient to get hot water to another floor while we cannot look for our children. they ask us to left our children alone in the room while we are getting for hot water from another floor. so crazy. in the end of our stay, they shooed us out from the premises, while in the beginning they noticed that it is possible to have late check out until 2pm. I will never stay in this crazy hotel.
