我喜欢入住梦幻世界酒店，因为员工非常友善。而且，酒店位置优越，靠近商业区。

房间没有窗户，大门发霉，木头都剥落了，走廊地板上到处都是客人吃剩的盘子，电视信号也很差。

太恶心了...房间、浴室和厕所都太糟糕了😖

To be honest, the only good thing about this hotel is the location. My cousin and I just went there and availed the MegaSuite, I believe this is the most expensive option. Room's not clean, attendants couldn't care less whatever you need. Even the phone is not working. Tried calling their mobile number a lot of times, no answer. Won't be staying in this hotel in the future nor will I recommend this to anyone.

Pangit ng hotel policy nila😢.. Walang consideration sa Guest. Example, if you book 2-days on 2 different bookings, they will force you to check out at 12noon then wait for 2pm to re-enter your room again even you choosen the same room. or else,if you don't want to disturb, you have to pay additional 600pesos (executive room) for extension or 800pesos for early check-in. Then we found also some room that had nails at bed headboards which very dangerous for guests na matusok sa ulo. Thanks because they let us tp transfer on other rooms instead.fpr with breakfast, they served room dinings with a normal scrumbled egg+1cup rice+ 1pc hotdog+coffee (or any available meal on that day).

Staff hotel sangat ramah, hotel bersih dan dekat dengan mall.

Phòng nhỏ và bí, máy lạnh kêu to hơn bò rống, bữa sáng rất tệ. Ưu điểm là rất gần các trung tâm thương mại, gần tàu điện,thuận tiện đi lại, nhân viên rất là thân thiện, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình.

After my first night stay, I reported to staffs that my room door lock is not working. I feel not safe for my things to be left in their when I need to go outside. This was not fixed until I check out on 31st of Oct.

No hot water for the showers, toilet seat broken, no tissues but requested one yet it arrived after 2 hours. Elevator broke down for about 6 hours. Pillows are old and blanket is thin. Aircon is too noisy. Stayed in room 205. Only good plus is-location and Wi-fi. No flexibility for late check out and let me hanging until last minute But got 1 hour in the end.

I would it was good but not really an excellent one. I had minor issues. However, it was resolved. Just don't expect too much and you might be disappointed. Breakfast is something they need to improve. I had 2 ocassions that I called them for my free breakfast but none came.

Been staying in this hotel every month, for the month of June j got the worst room, no heater, and not so good room, even the room service, it took me almost 2 hours for my breakfast to be delivered.

While I enjoyed having a bathtub in the room, I can't say the experience was truly relaxing. Their elevator was under maintenance and they gave us a room on the 4th floor. I was surprised upon entering the first room they assigned because it looked like someone was already staying in it. The sheets were changed, yes but the bathroom was left unclean. The trash bin is still a mess, toothpaste and shampoo sachets in the sink and around the tub. I immediately informed them and they transferred me to a different room right away-so good job on that part. The room was okay, very spacious but the TV has no clear channels and the aircon though works well is making a lot of noise. I was a bit disappointed because I had a totally different experience when I stayed in the West Ave branch. By the way, it's my birthday, they should've seen that when I filled up the guest form. A little acknowledgment would've been nice.

I am satisfied with the hotel considering its affordable price. It is not as luxurious as the other hotels, but considering its location in Cubao, it was the perfect place for us to stay overnight. We travelled from the province so we paid less than P500 for the extra hours before our check-in time. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Staff are nice. The room smells cigaret. They should fix their rooms to make it more appealing.

Room is comfy & clean & you can relax, I suggest to opt for light color for calming & not dark colors. No option for comforter & no remote for AC to adjust the temp, no remote control for TV & so we requested, but no one arrived to give us to remote. So we have to manually operate through the buttons underneath. Last condiments for breakfast was requested upon 1st call to serve, unfortunately we have to call them 3x & we were almost done eating before they deliver it in the room.

The receptionist isn't accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel she is in a phone call and the other guy ask her for the form that I need to fill up but she 's not responding until the guy repeated calling her.

Nice staff very accommodating but the room is not good I found cockroaches in my bed and the bathroom also some areas are broken like a lavatory. Say thank you to staff. Thanks also for the free breakfast.

ok naman yung room malinis at maayus naman. Problema yung sobrang bagal ng internet connection nasa 3rd floor kami nun. Hindi tuloy kami nakapag movie marathon 🙄 yun pa naman plano namin movie & chill.

*Premier Room* Para sakin yung room 4/5 (maluwag, malinis, at walang maliit na ipis), CR 3/5 (walang heater) , yung TV 2/5 (bad reception, maliit tsaka hindi smart tv 😔) kung hanap mo maluwag na pag oovernighatan pwede na to. pero kung gusto mo mag netflix and chill hindi pwede dito kasi wala namam netflix yung tv tsaka yung tv di talaga ganun ka ganda. tsaka ito pa napansin ko di nila siniserve yung breakfast? siguro kailangan pa itawag bago ibigay yung breakfast meal 🤔
