The lamp in the bathroom has to be changed, the towel is really old, teared. I called to let them know that I will be checking in late. There was no one at the counter when I arrived. I have to knocked at the kitchen door and then one of the kitchen staff helped to get someone to assist us with the check in. But on the other side, the response of the staff is good, free flow coffee and tea in the afternoon (unfortunately I don't drink coffee and tea) and breakfast is fine. I might return if my goal is to stay and dive.

The resort was not big with only 10-15 rooms, me and my friends were the only guests during our stay, we liked it because the pool were only ours alone to use. The room was clean and comfortable, not so big tho but still very cozy. You can also dip into the beach right in front of the swimming pool. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. From Manado it takes approximately 2 hours and the last 20 minutes ride from Bitung to the resort was very narrow and steep, be careful if you drive. And oh wait, the only catch was when we arrived it was too noisy with music and people screaming, turned out it's the neighbors who live right next to the resort. Overall our stay was memorable, and would definitely come back and stay at this resort again.

Rooms and bathroom very clean, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu a little limited due to the lack of visitors during this pandemic, but the cook will try to make what you want. Wifi fine. Great diving in the Lembeh strait-dive concern onsite.
