位于市中心，地理位置优越。

地理位置优越，位于亚庇市中心。靠近Suria KK购物中心、工艺品市场等，步行即可到达。酒店旁边就有一家餐厅，方便用餐。

我在这家酒店住了4天3夜，缺点是不要忘记提供房间需要每天打扫的信息，因为如果你忘记了，他们是不会打扫的，但是位置很好，离哪里都近，一出酒店就可以直接去夜市，酒店工作人员非常友好，责任心强。房间很小，但很新很干净，房间里也很安静，听不到夜市的声音。总的来说，我对住在这里非常满意。

有些房间的台灯不亮而且很脏

Bilik selesa. Peralatan baru. Dekat dengan tempat makan dan pasar gaya. Senang / dekat untuk beli souvenir. Buka pintu hotel saja sudah ada pasar (hari sabtu& ahad)

Staff yang sangat baik, memahami, dan sangat-sangat membantu. Wonderful hotel. Got iron, and hair dryer as well. It fulfilled basic necessities, and clean hotel also.

Citi Center Hotel, easy to check in without deposit. The staffs are very helpful.

One of my favorite place to stay. Calm, clean, and not noisy at all… Worth your money, especially when you stay during the weekend. Pasar malam and Sunday tamu just outside your hotel 👍.

Semua ok, nak cari makanan pun senang, turun bawah je kat gaya street. Cuma masalah parking kena alih sebab tempat jualan hujung minggu Gaya Street.

So Lain Kali kalau ke sabah Pasti ke Hotel Gaia 95.

Lokasi di pusat kota, kamar bersih so next time jika ke Sabah pasti stay di Gaia 95

Perfect location and good choice for solo traveler! I had a pleasant stay here and if I ever come back to Kota Kinabalu I’ll stay here again. The staffs are very friendly as well, no breakfast provided but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so no need to worry.

The Sunday market and weekend night market is right at the door step. Lots of restaurant around to suit everyone. Jesselton jetty is less than 10mins walking from hotel. Staffs were very friendly and accommodative. Would definitely recommend this hotel for single or couple stay but not family of 3 as the room is small although I must add that it is modern and nicely decorated. Bathroom is small but shower area is large and comfortable. No minibar in room although the app mentions otherwise.

Hotel sangat bersih, lokasi di tengah kota, kalau malam banyak live music, agak terganggu karena kalau tidur saya harus sepi 😁. Wifi kurang bisa diandalkan mungkin karena hotel sedang penuh. Design hotel bagus.
