If you turn on the faucet fully, it leaks. AC is a bit noisy in room 203. Staffs are polite and accommodating. They didn't offer any help to carry our luggages. There 's a deposit fee (1k for us) but you'll get it after your stay.

We love the bed! The comforters are nice. Though the room is a bit dark. The staff are nice too! I just wish they have an official gcash account for payment. Nevertheless it ' s a good stay.

the hotel is affordable and clean. they don't have food as of yet and its quite far from the restaurants so you have to have the food deliver but its quiet and clean so not bad.

Noisy, room was dirty and checkout process took a long time.

You get what you pay for. The room was dusty. They didn't provide toiletries from the get go. We had to call in for soap and slippers. Good thing we brought our own toiletries. The place didn't have an elevator, so if you were given a room on the fourth floor, you would have to take the stairs. The toilet didn't have any exhaust, the water had very low pressure, if any. The staff were friendly though and gave us what we asked.

The staffs here were very accommodating. They always great the guests with a smile on their face. They were so polite and friendly. 😊

It seems the hotel don't provide good reservation. Maybe it is least of their priorities. Facilities need improvements with the pictures I attached are major areas for improvement. Aside from these, I was placed in the 4th floor without elevator and almost interior part of that floor.

we stayed in room 307 all good except for a bad wifi signal. There's also a few small insects in bathroom but I didn't bother because its normal (wag lang yung malaki) maybe the next time we book again in Royale Park, I'll request not to stay in the same room.

The room is spacious. It has wifi and breakfast too. The food is good and the room is clean. Although there are no elevator, but the stair is not that high. I enjoy staying here as we have no problem with the room. Been staying here for twice already.

The room is small yet cozy and clean. One thing I didn't like here is the convenience to go to nearby malls. We nee to walk around 10mins before we get in gateway or we need to ride a try worth 18php everytime we need to go to malls. The wifi is slow. The tv is tubular.remote control is not working and its tough to press manually the channels and volume

For a 3 star hotel, maganda siya. very accomodating yung mga staff. buntong hininga pa lang, alam na nilang may tao at naggo good morning na sila. Masarap yung pagkain kahit medyo malamig na kapag sineserve. tahimik din yung paligid since malayo siya sa main road.

Poor customer service. They only care about money money money. Receptionists are very rude. Doesn't know how to deal with customer. Breakfast doesn't even taste good.

I don't like the way they treat their guest... the hotel is not hospitable and they are not into service all they want is money...
