我的旅行很愉快。房间很棒，唯一的问题就是前台接待。大部分员工，特别是清洁人员，都非常好，总是面带微笑。但是前台接待……嗯，就一个。不过她的笑容也很有职业感。

因为有人喝醉了，所以我最后帮他们升级了房间。

工作人员 Lori 给了我很多帮助，她非常善良、友好。

Lub D offers affordable comfort and service par excellence. Staff were nothing but great.

Clean room, share bathroom also clean. There is washing machine also. Very comfortable.

Lub d one of the best in Phuket Thailand, I found again in. Manila, embient almost same comfortable, I will comeback again and again.

I love my stay in this hotel. The location was great because its near malls, banks, restaurants, etc. The room is big enough for us and it was also clean. Cleaning ladies are accommodating and polite. Thank you for the guards for being kind and assisting my pwd mom all the time.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel and it was great. I love the location because its a few minutes from the airport; Restaurants; Banks; Malls; Etc. The rooms are clean too. What I love mlst are the cleaning team and security guard. THey are very polite, accommodating, always help. Me and my PWD mom and aunt and very keen to details.

Great location, located in the center of Makati. Near convenience stores and malls. Comfortable room, just enough space for 4 persons with luggages.

I stayed for 5 nights. The staff service was just so so. But I'd like to highlight some of my quite bad experience. 1. Internet access was so slow, It was a nightmare! 2. Security guard (the one who wear glasses) was bit rude. 3. Breakfast was so not that varied.

Overall the room is in good condition. But in my room theres no curtain beside bed, and I think I get twin bed because there's something in the middle of bed (I didn't realized but my boyfriend told me). And fyi the hotel didn't give you toothbrush and toothpaste, so you should bring it.

Very convenient and hassle free! Food is great!
