Room wasn't as expected on pictures. Bedsheets and towels look that have been used for ages (some stains on it as well). I booked for 2 single beds but only received one blanket. Room look quite old, needs to new paint and door knobs for both cr and room are need to replace new ones since we had hard time to lock it. (I felt shy for my Nanay, it was her post-birthday celebration, first trip together as well but I don't know if she felt comfortable with our stay at the room I paid for)

Martha's Rooms is located near Burnham Park. It's a quick 5 minute climb from Kisad Road. We got the cozy room downstairs. It's clean and spacious. The toilet/bathroom gives off a foul smell but tolerable. Overall experience was awesome.

I give them 5 stars for honesty! I left my laptop at the room. I called the receptionist and she was able to ship it to my house! Big thanks! Walking distance to burnham park!

looks like the picture on the site is not updated. don’t be deceive on the pictures posted because I believed it is outdated. reviews are also outdated. if i’m not mistaken, last review was 8 mos ago. we have no problem paying the said amount online if we get the same info online. however, the place is different in person. it looks like an abandoned establishment. my family loves to travel within the country and by far, this is the worst place we've stayed in. the rest room smells stinky, the floor is dusty and the bed sheets are not new. I can tell that its not new.we didn’t bother to cancel the booking since we came in late and we were so tired from our sagada trip.. and also taxis are not accessible from this place. better book a different place if you can.

Just a little difficult to find but had a warm and pleasant during our quick romantic getaway. We left our bags upon arriving early morning so we can start touring even before the 2pm check in. Overall, smooth and hassle free stay. Thank you!!!

For a room in Baguio, the place was very affordable and the service/staff was really accommodating. But if you plan on staying, they do not have any menu/food, still you can bring your own food. Still, the rooms are very well-maintained and comfortable.

So cozy ng rooms, home na home ang feeling. Ang peaceful and quite ng place. Sobrang bait pa ng may-ari. Hinayaan niya iwan ang ibang gamit at motorcycle namin ng almost 24 hrs when we went to Sagada. Secured ang place kapag may sasakyan kayong dala. Our stay was so great here at Martha's room. We'll book again next time. Thank you.

The Inn was really homey. Hope some of areas would be renovated so it will looks catchy & Alive. Very peaceful.

It was indeed a great experience to stay in this place. The location was quite far from the session road but you would appreciate it especially if you’re in Baguio to relax and enjoy the cold weather. Even better if, they have television with cable although I understand that their main purpose for not having this is for you to enjoy and relax 😊 Anyways, the internet was fast so no more room to get board 😊 Thanks Martha’s Room and to Ate Sarah and the other lady I forgot her name 😊 Definitely not my last in this place, maybe I’ll see by November ❤️

accommodating staff very peaceful place

Not actually bad, but not great... Just okay for a night. Good points: - Water dispenser with cups is a plus for guests - Bed linens and pillows are clean, giving you total comfort and good sleep - Breakfast is okay, enough to start your day before going around Baguio, but guests are not given the chance to choose, and they serve different breakfast plates to guests (Lucky if you get what you want, haha) For improvement: - Details were not clear, we didn’t know that it was a shared bathroom. We got an old room, it's okay, but could have been better if there’s an extra door lock to make it more secured (given that the door knob is also obsolete) - We had some issues on water, particularly the shower, and toilet is somewhat stinky.

not so great. the attendant/s were not so welcoming.

Water was so slow, sometimes no have water even, Wifi can connect only in the morning, at night can not use at all. Room is simple, not expect much with the price you paid. Room for 2 people is ok coz have private bathroom but room for 3 people using common bathroom, share with these other rooms, so inconvenient.

Nag a-accept sila ng walk-in without checking kung may naka-book na dun. Binigay nila sa iba yung slot at napunta kami dun sa mas malayo. Sana next time may access din yung nasa martha's na nagbabantay kung may nakabook ba o wala kasi naging hassle for us.

room is not safe and the dog is always barking and the hotel is not popular very hard to locate.

What a nice place to stay happy.
