我半夜到达，受到了工作人员的热烈欢迎！因为我在那里住了几个晚上，他们还会询问我们是否需要打扫房间。那里的每个人都很友好，也非常乐于助人！

空调运转不正常，但我很喜欢这里的氛围，很有艺术感，工作人员也很友善，我可以晚点退房，但一切正常

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect to everything. The staff were so helpful. Great experience!

When we checked in, the smell of the previous customer was so strong that we went out first to be cleaned. Our room was not tidied up when we went out, soap, water was not prepared and I had to ask for it first at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, we had a nice experience here. However, it was quite hard for us to find a parking spot for our car, but eventually we found one.

This is my 3rd time staying. 1st and 2nd times room condition are acceptable. But for 3rd time, the room and toilet extremely dirty. Floor sticky, cup stains on small table, hair on floor, toilet basin curry stains, toilet tiles with algae and black mole. Bed frame shaking.

The room was comfort for me. The location was okay. The staffs are friendly.

Good location near JBCC, Komtar Mall, and JB Sentral Train Station, but the place is a bit hidden and need to walk a bit distance from the station. Easy to catch a Grab too. Service is kind, a lady in the receptionist with short hair upgraded our room from the basement for free. The room is clean with just so-so amenities, and the single bed is a bit too small for me. The hotel ambience is like a heritage house, like going to our grandma's place. The con is that the Wi-Fi is not working during our two days stay, maybe because the road service happening is blocking the signal.

I was stay in this hotel for 2 nights, but my room does't cleaned up by room attendant.
