气氛很棒，食物是最好的。

会经常来这里。绝对棒极了，毫无争议。潘库尔加丁酒店及度假村的成功

友好且负责的服务。当房间钥匙出现问题时，立即报告给技术人员并进行修复。早餐很丰盛，有米饭、馄饨、狼吞虎咽、粥、蛋糕/面包、水果、3 种饮料。只是通道不够宽，没什么区别。

我们在这里住了两晚，服务员很友好，乐于助人。但为了清洁度，请改进。 1.水槽堵塞了。 2.毛巾发黄且脏（第一天，第二天因为我的抱怨他们就更换了，到目前为止还不错）。 3.玻璃上有压印。 4. 第一天，地板很粘，满是灰尘。 5.梳妆台不够干净。为了美味食物。谢谢。

Not a great experience. Surely not recommended for family. Hotel bedroom & pool area was dirty, the facilites were mostly old and broken, even the food quality from ala carte and breakfast not worth the price. But thanks to Pak Andika from the restaurant, good service.

Awal awal iseng aja mau cekin disini pas sampe ga mengecewakan, dikasih kamar pojok yang super nyaman❤️❤️, semoga next pas nginep disini breakfastnya bisa buffet biar bisa ngerasain semua makanannya👍

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it's been pretty cool because everything feels different from other hotels around Medan city. The service is quite satisfying, all the hotel staff are friendly, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's location isn't too far from the city center. One thing to note could be the pool water quality. The pool water is too dense, and after swimming, my family and I felt itchy. Maybe consider periodic water replacement and more thorough maintenance for guest comfort. I'll definitely consider coming back to stay here again. Thank you

Sangat menyenangkan, fasilitas nya bagus bagus.

Sangat menyenangkan, pesanan kamar sesuai permintaan. Sarapannya enak dan staff nya ramah ramah.

Kalau untuk cari suasana outdoor dan aktivitasnya, cukup okelah apalagi untuk liburan keluarga. Kolam renang bersih. Untuk sarapan cukup variasi. Hanya saja untuk makanan room service harus ditingkatkan lagi rasanya.

Bagus sejuk dan bersih walaupun sedikit capek naik lantai 3.

Overall bagus hanya saja air kamar mandi mati.
