酒店服务一流，酒店管理层接待热情周到。

嗨，又是我。 纳闽角酒店真是个令人愉悦舒适的下榻之处。酒店氛围安静放松，房间干净整洁，员工热情友好，乐于助人。酒店地理位置优越，出行便捷，轻松游览纳闽全城。总而言之，这是一次非常棒的体验，我一定会向所有来纳闽旅游的人推荐这家酒店。

我在这里呆了两个星期，这里非常安静舒适，是一个令人愉快的居住、集中精力和恢复精力的环境。很棒的体验。

位置好，价格实惠。酒店门前有家不错的餐厅，各种美食应有尽有。 酒店附近交通便利，出租车也很方便（建议乘坐马克西姆）。

总体来说还不错，但有些方面需要升级。

Dear hotel labuan point, unfortunately this hotel is a big disappointment due to the following: 1 - location wise. It's not walking distance if you want to grab nearby cafe, restaurants, mamak shops, and just for anything. The main building is located at parking lot infront of highway. Basically this hotel view is just parking lot from my window and houses. (more like a 2 star hotel) 2- room. (I stayed in a twin bed room) from the picture it looks spacious. BUT deceived when I entered the room. Space is limited my bed to the front table is small. Air conditioner is not cool even at 16°C (I was still sweating). The room smells stuffy, the bed is sticky?!?! Especially the blanket but they don't have new exchange when asked. Curtains. Was smelly. TOILET is neat, clean maybe. But smell!. Also I asked for extra key. They can't provide. So after leaving my room the room will be hot when I come back and it doesn't even cool. 3- hotel meal is expensive but mediocre. 4- service. Can I get at least a smile?! Or good positive attitude at the reception. Don't even get me started about the lobby. It is boring. HOT. Goodness gracious. Thank you but I have to say this is a 2 star hotel. Even that rate is out of my kindess.

Service excellent, staff also very nice. Love the breakfast buffet.

I would rate a 5 stars if not because I found that my money in wallet was stolen. There was a house keeping that I did not request. Realised it only when I am back to my hometown.

The worst hospitality and worst hotel that I have been go. Tha worst part is, I have to pay Rm 20 for 2,3 drop of blood that from my wounds, which is I cannot avoid. The reception should be ask me, if I'm OK or not before ask me to pay the penalty for 2,3 drop of blood., and also the breakfast not much choice.

Good service will come again for my next trip.

It 's a nice hotel will go again if come to Labuan the staff also friendly.

the accommodation just nice but very disappointed with Sahur buffet, the food was served cold.
