The staff are kind and welcoming. But the hotel is a bit old and need some renovations. Our room is not very clean and noticed a lot dead ants on the table. But the price isn't bad at all.

Spacious and clean, so comfortable,.. One of the best hotels here in Iloilo.. 😉

The bed is always cozy and comfortable as expected.

When I booked a queen size bed online and they gave me a 2 single beds and connected so it would look like one queen size bed.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean, pillows and beddings smells comfy.

The bedroom is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Food is great, too.

2-day stay at this hotel was pleasant. it is near rob iloilo and sta. teresita del ñino jesus parish. no problem with transportation. we love their faucet and shower since both hot and cold options are working perfectly fine. our accommodation came with breakfast buffet however, don't expect too much. overall, it was a great stay

The hotel is perfect. Clean and very comfortable to stay. Malapit lang sa robinson at ang hindi ko lang nagustuhan is yong staff nit friendly hindi marunong ngumiti to welcome the guest. Suplado pa hahai.

Hotel policy for travelers is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel 1:30am asking if we could do early check in just to freshen up and we are going to leave at 4am and be back at 6-7pm. The front desk allowed us but we have to pay 200/hr up to 2pm on the (next day) even if we have to use the room for only 2hrs, meaning additional 1 day to booking. Room was ok, seen a small cockroach on the restroom. Wifi connection only works at the restaurant. Food was ok.

Buffet breakfast is love. Try their Brazo de Mercedes cake sloce and pair it with brewed coffee - so heavenly! This hotel is located downtown old iloilo and near robinsons mall.

Front desk service wasn't that nice, busy with his phone. You have to deposit money on almost everything you request, like extra card keys, early check-in. The room was generally okay, wasn't as clean as the room I stayed here last year. The breakfast wasn't that nice also.

1st I wanna commend the staff for their consistent smiles all through out our stay . The staff from housekeeping , kitchen and front desk are very nice , polite and courteous , the rooms are very comfy and clean and the foods ?? ugh ❤️. I will highly recommend GT Hotel.

Location is perfect, it's very convenient to go around the city via jeepney. Perfect for solo travellers who would prefer to ride public transport. Breakfast is buffet but the options are limited. My only issue is the wifi signal because it doesn't reach my room. They should make sure all rooms are covered by the router.

Hotel staff were not service oriented. They are so slow in their actions, they are not snappy.

Noisy aircon, lousy shower, not well lit and some lights don't work

The breakfast buffet is something to look forward to. the place is near robinsons and staff are accommodating. better have your laundry outside since they charge per piece. also don't forget to try their famous cakes.
