⭐ 5/5 — 兰卡威达什度假村超赞住宿体验！ 我在兰卡威达什度假村度过了非常美好的时光。从我抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就热情友好，乐于助人。度假村氛围轻松活跃，泳池景色更是美不胜收——尤其是在日落时分！ 房间干净舒适，设计精美。早餐丰盛美味，选择多样。海滩区域干净整洁，是放松身心的理想场所。总而言之，这是一次轻松难忘的住宿体验。我一定会再次光临！强烈推荐！

凌晨 1 点就到了，立即办理了入住手续并被允许进入房间......最好的......

延迟了我们的入住时间。 我们下午1点50分到达，但由于房间还没准备好，直到3点20分才办理入住。即使我们告诉他们活动时间是下午4点，工作人员也根本不理睬我们。 我打电话到前台要餐具，但等了一个小时，餐具还没送到房间。最后我只能自己走过去取。

The Breakfast menu is bad. The bellboy was not alert when I wanted to put things in the car. I myself pushed the trolley to get to the car. The hotel should provide enough staff.

Chose this hotel due to influencers shared on this hotel. Overall hotel, pool, and beach are as described. Hotel breakfast was good and served with sparkling wine and the staff was friendly. The hotel was at the end of the road so that is a distance to all tourist spots. The hotel room cleaning was a bit poor and the sound soundproof was bad can hear all the kids & people in the walkway.

Staff were friendly. Accommodated our request to check in earlier. Pool view was amazing.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman, sangat dekat dengan pantai. Mau pergi makan juga gak susah, sebab grab di sana banyak. Staff hotelnya juga ramah-ramah, view hotelnya cantik, dekat hotel juga ada laundry coin 1 jam selesai, laundry-nya juga murah.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Friendly staff & Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the hotel. Will come again.

Pengalaman yang sangat awesome menginap di hotel ini! Kesemua disini adalah sangat menarik. The view, swimming pool, pantai dan breakfast. Staff juga sangat baik! Saya mempunyai bayi 3 bulan, dan no such thing tempat ni tak sesuai untuk bayi! Saya amat gembira untuk percutian pertama saya bersama bayi saya. Walaupun muzik dipasang bermula 4pm-12am. Bayi saya sangat enjoy. Saya membawanya ke pool, dan juga dinner di MYA restaurant tanpa sebarang masalah. Staff disana juga mesra membuatkan saya sangat selesa sepanjang berada disana bersama bayi dan keluarga saya.

I came for check-in quite early around 1 & the receptionist told me it will take 45 mins so we decided to have lunch at Mya. Food at Mya was mehh, the husband had pad thai it was disappointing & I had the dash club sandwich also disappointing. Then we went to get our key at 3 & the room is still not ready. Waited another 20mins in the hot lobby with 1 restless toddler & a 3-month-old baby. The receptionist was alone & she attended all the people coming for check-in who was later than us, they got the rooms earlier than us. How absurd. And after all the wait we came into a sandy room, the floors are dusty & dirty. Overall service sucks big time. The only reason we stayed there is for the location & the music. Don't get me started on ordering fnb by the pool. They took their own sweet time & few times the order didn't even reach us. However one staff names Sani was very helpful & attentive, he helped us w our luggage & strollers. He is the only good in all the bad.

Service is slow. Room ready for check in around 4.45pm. 1st day request for room cleanup but unattended.

Perfect for honeymoon and the food was awesome! Definitely a Insta-worthy hotel that I can't stop taking pictures for the gram. Love the private beach too, glad that we witnessed a stunning sunset at the beach there.

Very small room for the price. Waited 1 hour plus for the room to be ready even though the hotel was not fully booked. Breakfast was awesome and kuddos to KK who brief us about breakfast menu in unique way. Even though breakfast was great, I would not come back cause of the room size. Should be able to stay at other resort for the same rate and service.

Great nice view and good service (have more service mind) but a bit issue food not much choice
