这是我第二次入住这家酒店。地理位置优越，停车方便且车位充足。前台工作人员很友好（但希望他们能加快入住流程），房间位置便利，房间宽敞，价格实惠，干净安静，感觉就像在家一样。一楼还有一个很大的办公空间，最重要的是价格非常划算。难以置信的是，不到100马币就能享受到以上所有服务。下次出差我肯定还会选择这里。需要改进的地方：房门虽然已经修好了，但门上仍然留有维修痕迹，而且门很难打开。

这家酒店价格合理。

每人只有一个枕头，而且枕头睡起来并不舒服。

提供的毛巾太小，不适合成人使用。 床很旧，能感觉到弹簧。 但房间闻起来不错。

自从REED接管E-Red之后，情况变得更糟了。入住办理流程极其繁琐，空调位置离休息区（通往入口的通道）很远，房间卫生状况堪忧，更糟糕的是，他们竟然因为空调导致窗户起雾而扣押了我们的押金，理由是有人吸烟。空调起雾从来没发生过？你们到底是从哪儿来的？我丈夫有哮喘，所以他显然不能吸烟/使用电子烟。 如果不是因为赶着去吉隆坡国际机场，我们一定会报警，控告他们诈骗。

住宿条件不错。我很喜欢那里的服务。房间也很干净。

多次入住这家酒店。停车位还可以。距离旅游景点较远，需要开车，无法步行。舒适的经济型酒店，房间宽敞舒适，干净整洁，适合入住。

Good place to stay, easy to park our car, the surrounding area was cool with 7E just few steps from the hotel. The staff was great, friendly and polite too.

Average hotel. Nice location near to Klebang beach and city of Malacca. Hopefully can improve in term of cleanliness.

Check in on 30th May evening. When about to sleep, notice the sound of the aircon compressor is too loud, tried to ask for changing room but the available room also having the same issue. End up have to change to family suite and pay extra rm106 for few hours of sleep with no way of negotiation. Because of the BAD room maintenance, end up the customer have to pay a lot extra. I have been a regular customer to E-Red Hotel for some times. Just cannot accept this situation happen to me.

I understand getting what I paid for, but do lower your expectations to literally nothing for this hotel. Our room smelled of dirty wet carpet, had a leaking & noisy aircon, moldy walls, cracked doors, and a later than usual check-in time of 3pm. I wouldn't recommend. Take your money to other hotels which are just walking distance away.

Smell very strong, toilet and bed very old and the bedsheets so dirty, whole night can't sleep.

Puas hati walaupon 3 bintang berbaloi sangat-sangat.

Had a pleasant stay with my hubby and 2 kids. My kids love it. Have spacious room. The room had a bit smelly like an old house, may cames from the rug. But its OK for us as we sprayed with room perfume 😅 overall nice budget hotel. Recommended to all. Sure we'll book again ❤.

Honestly I find this place above expectation with the price I pay. There is a lot of chinese eateries around even a laundrette. Rather near to klebang beach. The room and toilet is clean too. Keep it up management!

The hotel is clean, location strategic just 10 min drive to jonker street.
