Wrong room: booked twin bed room but given queen size bed, receptionist reply: not available. Cleanliness: dirty, floor sticky, bed sheets still can see hair, and blood stain? Toilet bowl with hair as well. Security: no secure when the door latch broken. Air conditioner too noisy. Room is not sound proof. The price with this condition, might as well stay in motel

The receptionist kind of unfriendly and I've waited there about half an hour but when the receptionist came he didn't even smile nor say sorry for me cause waited him like half an hour.

Menurut saya itu bukan hotel tapi hostel. tidak ada lift, kamar sangat kecil dan pelayanan lainnya tidak ada. saya menginap 2 malam, Sudah meminta untuk dibersihkan ternyata sama sekali tidak dibersihkan. Air mineral hanya diberikan 1 kali saat datang saja, ada deposit 50 ringit. Saya tidak akan pernah mau menginap di eg hotel lagi.

Bilik yang saya tempah tidak sama macam dalam gambar. TV tidak ada siaran dan dekat rview kata ada lift tapi ble smpai tidak de lift.

room are small but acceptable, reception is very slow, and beware if you bought ticket from agent, they don't honor discount rates well, I was only given one room instead of two because I paid to low for their standard, the rates is too good for them

Not enough space for prayer.. Not Muslim friendly

The hotel uses public parking which charges parking. Hotel staffs during checked in failed to adequately inform us on this. We were of the opinion that being a weekend there is no parking charge. Unfortunately it was not. We were slammed with a parking summon on Sat 15.9.2018 about 1015 am. When confronted why we were not alerted the hotel reception staff claimed that she had told us when we checked in. We do not even have a parking coupon since we are from outstation. And we were aslo unaware the Majlis Bandaraya charges parking on weekend. The hotel could easily purchase coupon in advance and place it on guests car and chrge back guest during check out. To us its simple matter which the hotel could have organised but miserably overlooked. Very unprofessional and guests unfriendly.
