My Points

Bad experinces. Hotel should state the additional deposit RM 100 and Services Charges RM 15 earlier or put it on their pages. Not recommended. Feel cheated and not convenieces if you check in late at night and you need to check out earlier in the morning when there is no staff standby at the hotel.
