Starting from the location that does not match the pin you have placed. After arriving, I think Yi is a hotel that can check-in normally. ! But no ! This is a residence that the owner leaves for a daily morning. I am very difficult to contact him. To stay And everything is so difficult It would not be suitable for me. But the accommodation is clean, safe, there is noise from the road in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, clean, very good service staff. Check in was quick. Parking is free and a lot.

I got upgraded to a bigger room! Love it! However they have change the café operator. I looked forward to the breakfast because last year I had one of the nicest breakfast there, but this time breakfast was nothing special...

Initially, I booked a Standard room. Then when I was checking in, receptionist upgraded my booking to Executive Suite. Maybe because of the festive season - most travellers and locals were outstation so there were plenty of vacancies. Room was spacious & clean. Customer service was excellent. Aircond was under-powered for the room of that size. Washing machine provided too, but no proper area to hang them clothes dry. Everything else was good.

The location is very convenient with lots of shop surrounding. The staffs is awesome, start from the security guard to the reception and to the cleaners. The room is cozy and clean. Thumb up!

It was a great stay at this hotel. Extended my stay because of the great service given especially by the front desk staffs. Totally satisfied with this hotel. Will surely come back again soon. Superb and beyond expectations.

Very value for money! Room complete with washing machine and kitchen and all the utensils. Room exactly like home. For sure will stay here again in future! The only downside is parking only for 1 car, which is ok to me. Extra parking will cost rm50/day
