Clean and spacious room, and front desk is friendly.

The room is big and spacious and clean. One thing that I can suggest. In the detail in app it says that you have a swimming pool, I hope you can remove it so that costumers will not get disappointed. All in all I will still highly recommend it to friends and family and surely we will come back.. :)

Expect low service quality with their front desk representative. My check-in and check-out experience with the hotel is bad. Internet connection is slow. Expect to hear footsteps from the floor above.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's nearby the fuente osmeña area. The deluxe room was spacious enough for 3 people. The bathroom was big and clean. It's also PWD-friendly. The security guard and front desk were accommodating. The exterior of the building kinda looked old though, so I initially thought the hotel wasn't that good, but it exceeded my expectations. I haven't tried their meals though.
