We decided to have our 2nd room upgraded to premium deluxe. The process was a bit slow. The old rooms are a bit expensive for its quality.

Not worth the stay! The front desk team were not that friendly and accommodating as expected. The only 4 star resort I've visited with no hairdryer, no bath robe, no slippers and toiletries were too ordinary for a very pricey accommodation. Their tv got only 4 channels as far as I could remember. The rooms were old and not kept to its standards ( b-19,21 ). Felt so disturbed and disgusted with that little uninvited guest in our room , the little mice. Food were so so during breakfast. Good place for those people who love to swim.

While we had fun, I was so disappointed by their inconsiderate treatment when it comes to bills. They don't care if you pay for nothing! Business is business without a heart.

Very wonderful experience. My family had fun!

It did not meet my expectations. I was there around 10 years ago and I think I didn't really enjoy this time.
