入住体验非常愉快……景色真的很美……服务令人满意……房间大小适中……餐厅服务一流……我们现场做了勿里洞面……味道也很棒……唯一的不足是房间地板有点粘，看起来油腻腻的，大概1厘米……除此之外，一切都很完美。

员工很友善。每周四他们都会提供当地特色早餐菜单，我们问他们想让我们做什么菜。我原以为会额外收费，结果完全免费。酒店位置非常优越。房间大小适中，但拥有非常美丽的海景，尤其是在日落时分。

服务热情友好，响应迅速。客房舒适温馨。食物种类丰富，美味可口。总体评分 9.8 分（满分 10 分）。

入住这里给我留下了深刻的印象，因为从抵达的那一刻起，我们就感受到了酒店前台员工的热情友好，尤其是弗雷迪。下午我们去海滩时，我问了工作人员，他们不仅带路，还护送我们。同样，在早餐时，如果你想知道你的房间号，在其他地方，他们不会主动询问，而是解释菜单，并主动提出帮你点菜。如果我没记错的话，主厨卡迈勒先生也与客人见面，询问他们的菜品。还有一位工作人员雷萨女士，她会主动接待客人，询问他们对住宿的印象。这里的热情好客令人赞叹。

在这家酒店住了3晚，房间宽敞，早餐美味，后院就是大海。

Good hotel, clean room, good location. The restaurant has variety of foods

All was excellent at this hotel. From the staff to the rooms and service. This is how hospitality in the hotel industry should be. After some bad and medium hotel experience in Aston Rasuna, and airport Jakarta and even “money grabbing Bali”. This hotel was a breeze. The breakfast was taken good care of and with a large balcony and window towards the sea. I made the right choice. Special greetings to Reza and Fina who were caring to all guests during meals and always stand by to make all guests feel comfortable and happy. I am not sure why, but on this island it seems that everyone is genuine friendly with real smiles. Perhaps that is the original hospitality of this island. I had a great time and if I could give 10 stars I would not hesitate to give them. I will surely come back and it will be my number 1 choice. My compliments to the management. Job well done!

I stayed one day & night in a street view room on the 5th floor and the last day in a room with a pool view on the 1st floor. I liked the nice view, and I am grateful for the kindness of the staff. The breakfast restaurant doesn't have fancy raw fish or steaks, but it has a view of the pool and the ocean in the distance, so I was able to enjoy a clean meal with a nice view. I was satisfied.

Saya baru check in sore ini 19.00, berhadapan dengan petugas di reseprionis nya seorg perempuan, berkebaya sanggul cepol, saat kami proses registrasi, tiba-tiba ada tamu bule, menyela, minta di buatkan kunci kamar yang baru karena kunci nya hilang, si petugas malah meninggal kan kami, dengan kata, maaf bu, saya buatkan dulu kunci kamar tamu ini (sambil bertanya no kamar nya, kmd mengetikkan no kamar nya di depan saya), apakah itu etis? Saya sudah bayar lho, begitukah perlakuan petugas untuk tamu lokal, FYI: 3 minggu yang ll saya juga nginap di hotel ini.

Hanya kamar kurang kedap suara saja, cukup terganggu dengan suara TV dari kamar lain.

Tidak puas, AC tidak dingin, dan di Pagi hari sangat berisik dan Pelayanan tidak sangat baik.
