这家酒店离商店有点远，也就是说，如果你想找点吃的或者点外卖，就得出门。酒店里面其实有一家餐厅，但是只供应早餐。总体来说体验还不错。

The staffs are friendly but the hotel is old and dirty. Our toilet seat was smeared with yellow stain and the bed sheet made our skin itchy. There's also a lot of ants in the room.

Untuk kontak resepsionis, saya harus tekan 0111252800 (11 digit) from room. Pertama kali saya mengalami hal ini selama bermalam di hotel!

Worst 4 star resort, I ever have seen. 1 or 2 stars will be more correct. We are so glad, that we could make another reservation, say that we still had a wonderful vacation on langkawi.

1. Unclean room.
2. TV not working .
3. Door lock not function.
4. Dirty and torn towels.
5. No good aircond.
6. Broken card holder. Etc .
