因为我的房间 15 分钟还没准备好，所以就给我升级了房间。非常负责任，服务很棒

入住了2/4天后，我们选择了“清理房间”的指示。毛巾换了，一些基本用品也补充了，但地板没有打扫/吸尘。不过，整体清洁度还算可以。

这是我第一次入住这家酒店，体验非常棒。从员工的友善到房间的整洁，一切都非常棒！一切都超出预期！一定会再来的！干得好！👍

漂亮的酒店，舒适，靠近市中心。

酒店屋顶视野极佳，入住体验愉快，工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。我们父母很喜欢这家酒店，以后肯定还会再来。

工作人员非常友好。谢谢小姐，下午叫醒我找食物来开斋。入住前需支付押金，可以用现金或信用卡支付。靠近清真寺、伽玛、第一大道购物中心。房间很宽敞，有餐桌。我一定会再次住在这里。 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Great Location hotel in Penang. Great Value

ฉันกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกครั้งที่สอง เดินทาง สะดวกใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องกว้าง สะอาด เป็นสัดส่วน มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก ประทับทุกครั้งที่มาพัก ฉันจะกลับมาอีก

13th floor is very noisy as 14th floor are the gyms and pools. Don't choose room near emergency exits, as employees uses it often. I can hear the banging doors through out the day. But other than that, its a pleasant stay

The location is close to everywhere especially the weekend Hins market. If you want to travel to other places, its very easy to get a grab. Check in process was smooth too. The room is spacious for a suite. My only concern was the ants that come through the windows/wall cracks in the bathroom. Other than that, everything is great

My honeymoon here is awesome. Located in the center of the city. The pool view is amazing <3 the room is so nice and the staffs also helpful to help us with early check in and recommend us good activities around. Thank you

Strategist hotel at georgetown, big clean room.

Booked a room for a short staycation in the city and everything was easy on the eyes. Rooms are exactly if not better than photographed. My only issue is someone may have entered my room by accident in the morning. I was half asleep but was pretty certain I heard some noise. Emailed the hotel but no response received.

I have check out on 06.30 am, and I havent receive the cash deposit myr 200 with the reason that my deposit didn't recorded at the hotel ' s system. The hotel promise me to contact by wa and pay the deposit. But the management havent call me yet.

Center of town. The room is very clean and new. Could not find anything to complain now.
