This short staycation is nice with great house unit.However, if I can rate with star, I can only give 3 star due to several issues. For example, late check in and I have to wait almost 30 minutes until they finished clean up. The cleanliness is just nice. not too bad and not too good. The facilities is great. Overall, worth with the price. Thank you

This apartment near from pudu bus station (only take 5 minute walk) this very helpful for us who take bus from airport. They create small group in whatsapp before we check in so they can monitor us before check in until we’re check out. The apartment is clean, comfy and complete. But..water heater not working, channel television also doesn’t work properly even though it has been complained in whatsapp 😔 Room also not cleaned by apartment clerk (this part we didn’t know for sure is it include in or not). We’re happy stay in here but there’s so much need improvement for sure. But for going back, I will think twice 😊

bad services. kindly self check in and lose the rule. once check in by counter many rule. room is much problem. once check in television will install. door can't use proper. late response by the counter agent. need to pay rm200 for deposit and rm30 for cleaning. once checkout need pay damage problem but not from us.

The room owner didn't pay for the electricity bill so I ended up having to move in the middle of my stay. Widened should have managed this better. Bathroom comes with stinky soap and shampoo with no labels. No instructions on how to use equipments in the room. Room is not well maintained, torn wallpaper, toilet cover not working properly etc. The guy at the reception is very supportive. But disappointed with the overall management and the stay. Do not recommend!

Apartemennya nyaman, penginapan yang cocok buat liburan keluarga.

1. Room key is broken 2. 2 cards only to access 26th floor, 1 key to open the room, 1 card to access parking floor which is actually at North tower side, rempong gw banyak banget kunci begini 😂 3. Towels dirty 4. A bit rude officer at the reception desk Wifi & water heater also not working at first.

Apartement ini sangat cocok buat kami, disini tersedia 2 kamar tidur dan 1 sofa besar yang juga bisa dipakai tidur, Kami berempat (istri dan 2 anak) puas dengan pelayanan hotel juga fasilitasnya. Dapur dan peralatan masak yang komplet, sangat membantu untuk kami yang hobby masak. Tersedianya kolam renang di lantai 6 juga sangat baik untuk kami bisa privacy berenang bersama keluarga. Semoga kami bisa kembali lagi untuk menginap disini.

i'm doing self check in at 10pm..but the key can not use for open the door at my unit..i'm waiting 1 hour outside the unit..try to contact widebed it's not easy..i take unit for 5 person..but they give card key only 1 and to turn on the light at unit have to put the key at the power spot like hotel..when you take the key all the light is off..we are many people,not always going together..when I going down alone for by water..all my friends have to waiting at unit with out light..because if have to take the key to going up again at lift..so so bad for this time..

Akan menginap di sini lagi dan lagi.

Kalian tidak akan menyesal menginap disini, semua fasilitas lengkap dan nyaman, seperti di rumah sendiri.

Pokoknya the best, tidak ada kekurangannya.

Lokasi dekat kemana-mana. Ada 7eleven dekat hotel. Lift hotel banyak jadi tidak perlu sampai antri-antri, kolam renang besar. cuma 1 kekurangannya, toilet cuma 1 dan berada di dalam kamar. Selebihnya dan memuaskan kok. Oh iya ada tambahan biaya 50rm yang dibayar tunai waktu check-in.

Lokasi apartemen dekat dengan pudu sentral, jalan alor, bukit bintang, unit apartemen sangat menyenangkan ada microwave, mesin cuci, setrika, Kompor listrik, serta kebutuhan dapur minimal lainnya membuat liburan kami lebih fleksibel daripada menginap di hotel, Dibawah apartemen ada seven eleven untuk belanja kebutuhan dasar harian kami.
