No towel and bathroom amenities, very minimum communication with picture in charge, deposit 500k upon check in and return back after 2 days instead of 1x24 hour departure.

Lokasi sangat oke banget, kelengkapan di dapur juga baik, kebersihan di ruangan juga baik. Tapi sayang sprei di kamar kurang bersih dan sprei corak beda semuanya, sprei bahan kain jelek sekali, jahitan sprei juga gak pas untuk ranjang sehingga sprei telepas dari ranjang. Saran saya sprei sebaiknya corak sama semua sehingga kelihatan lebih bersih dan bahan kain sprei bukan tambalan dan jahitan sprei yang bagus sehingga kondisi apartemen yg disewakan telihat profesional. Kompor juga tidak bisa digunakan. Kamar tidur utama dan 1 kamar lain tidak ada kuncinya, toiletnya rusak air mengalir terus.

Pengembalian deposit tidak langsung, buat customer tidak nyaman. Dimana pun saya menginap pasti pengembalian deposit langsung dilakukan. Tidak ada yang seperti ini, jaman semaju ini masih bilang lagi dalam proses. Payah.

Parkir mahal dan susah, tidak disediakan sabun cuci piring dan antena TV. Mengembalikan uang deposit 500 ribunya dari kemarin belum juga masuk ke rekening saya, sebenarnya dikembalikan atau tidak?

The worst rent management. No amenities, the bed cover and other facilities are not so clean. No free parking. I have to pay deposit in cash when checked in, but when I checked out, the management said the deposit will be back 1x24 hour via bank transfer. I asked why the payback of the deposit isn’t standard like other hospitality, and the management ended up talking so annoying until I don’t care anymore about the deposit because she was too annoying. Omg the worst management.

The light off for 4 hours. Only on 10pm tell us that we can’t use heater, its 10pm and all of us not yet take a bath and the technician just tell us that the electricity not available to use heater. And we have to take a bath at night without heater. The management can’t contact and we must go to reception to ask the security call the technician and only come after 30 minutes (and it happen 2 times). Security and technician are friendly but we don’t like the management. In the morning we confirm that will checkout at 10pm but no news from the management so we decided we go to pakuwon (because we held event there at 12, we hoping that the management will come to pick the key apartment, but only at 10.44 they send message ask about the key and because we are very busy we only read the message at 11.35 and we ask the management to pick up the key in pakuwon (the building only next to it) and they said they can’t because they can’t go out from office, so we said that only after event we will send the key but what happened next is really disappointed they said we have to send back the key before 1pm and if we send back after that they will charge us 50k/hours. And the I have to run to the apartment to send back the keys (like I told before we have event at 12). Ok key sent and pass to the security at 11.53. And then they said will give back the deposit via transfer (we have to deposit 500K before we check in) but until now they not yet transfer until now. I don’t know when they will send back but for this long I rent an apartment the management will straight give back the deposit when we check out, but this management hold our money until now. Else the apartment not provide towel, no toilet needs, have stove but no kitchen tools, lots ants, the bath room shower broken, no mineral water, and also give dirty bedsheet I won’t recommend this apartment and give minus star for the services. The worse apartment I ever rent.

Parkir harus bayar dan tidak sampai 1 hari kena 60 ribu-an. Harus deposit 500 ribu dulu dan refund baru 1 hari kemudian. Kapok kalau dengan user ini lagi, padahal kolamnya di hotel oke banget terutama untuk anak kecil.

Tempat yang sangat bagus dan kece, pas buat acara keluarga atau bareng sama temen. Dan kemarin adalah pas waktu check-in adalah hari ulang tahunku. senang banget, bisa kumpul sama teman, dan juga tempat yang very very nice deh. Room yang sangat luas, akses yang sangat mudah, dan fasilitas yang sangat pantas. terima kasih apart waterplace

Tempatnya bagus, peralatan masak lengkap disertai gas lpgnya tidak disediakan air galon, biaya deposit mahal, melebihi harga sewa kamar perharinya.

Setiap 6 bulan saya menginap disini karena sangat mudah akses ke PTC tempat seminar yang diadakan oleh perusahaan saya. Kamar lumayan luas dan bersih. Perlengkapan makan kurang memadai. Gas dan aqua galon harus beli sendiri. Sangat baik bila tamu ditanyakan apakah mau memakai gas dan aqua galon dan dikenakan biaya saat kedatangan.
