I was so impressed by Astrotel's cleanliness, friendliness, and space-themed rooms that I had to write a review. 💚🌟. It's my first time here in Astrotel, and I'm amazed at how they maintain the facility's cleanliness, friendly staff, and the theme of their rooms. I love that Astrotel takes you beyond the galaxies and into their universe with all of its space-themed rooms plus very affordable rates!💫🚀🎆.

The room is spacious but it felt like hell inside. There's aircon but its awkwardly located inside the room. We requested to be transferred but the new room was still the same. Hope they can fix it.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. It was nice not until a room boy entered our room (not actually the main room but the first door before the main door). Their attendants should have an idea about which rooms are occupied and which rooms are not. After that night, we were so anxious to leave the hotel to shop and eat outside the hotel considering their attendants can actually enter in any room.

Rooms were different from the pictures.

The place is for short time not advisable w kids it was dirty dark aircon was hot... towel was torn they don't deserve to start all. the place be inform that they accept short time... i feel not good staying in that place... i felt unhygienic

The guy receptionist in morning shift is very kind and and hospitable. Unlike the girl, I don’t know her name. She sounds rude when she told me personally that it’s already check out time.. Since I know it’s check out time but she can talk to me in a nicer way .

Staff were okay. Check in didn't take long. The room was clean but I don't feel comfortable if there's no window (felt like suffocated). The towels smells goood but old and torn. Bed was comfy. The location was terrible - I got itchy throat the following day and had hard cough. The surroundings of Astrotel was really terrible (so dirty and had vendors just outside the premises. The value for money was okey. But I am not going back there anymore. I don't feel safe.

The room I get not same with the pictures I see.. no table and chair, hard to charge the phones. you must go to the counter and charge phones?!. . not good for staying long times.

The room was excellent, clean and awesome. Definitely I'll come for sometimes. Good job.
