The wifi is not working I hope it will be fixed.

Check-in took a lot of time because of unsystematic process for online bookings. Reception area has poor aircon system. Elevator is old and rusty. The space room in 4th floor has broken handrail, broken bedside decor, and poor aircon.

1. Garage Issue: Very small (2 cars only). Also, if your car placed at the back of the first car. You cant go and leave your car at the hotel due to you have to wait for the first car to check-out. Guard is not available that time. 2. Wifi Issue: Very slow 3. No freebies available such as disposable slippers, tissues, toothbrush & toothpaste. Only one piece of small soap is available. 4. Services:The receptionist don't know how to answer some of my queries. She always replied "Hindi ko po alam" . She is unaware of everything about hotel..

The staffs were very attentive to our needs. Though, we had problems at our first and second room beacuse we cannot connect to the wifi. At our third room, our problem was solved. It was a pleasant stay. It was clean and comfortable enough. It's location is also very good.

We have a horrible stay there due to aircondition.

No water in bathroom. no remote control on tv. wifi slow. aircon not working properly. still hot. heater not working. elevator dirty. receptionist no courteous. no drinking water.

Contact info was not updated on app, i noted to have an early check in upon arrival from and long trip with my child and wish to confirm via call. But luckily upon arrival at the hotel they grant my request immediately. Room was clean and nice concept. location is good. But insufficient water supply and no lamp or mood light when you switch off it's really dark.

I booked 2 rooms for my staff because they are handling an event in the area. I gave the names of my staff when I booked the rooms. My staff got in the hotel at past 1am. That's 11 hours past check in time. The hotel attendants were insisting that my staff present a copy of MY ID. Why?! I was the one who booked and paid for it. All my staff needs to present is their ID's. This is the first time this happened to me. My staff called me at an ungodly hour only to ask for my ID (which doesn't happen in other hotels) I had to call the hotel to know what's happening. Hotel manager said it's their policy. I said i wasn't advised of such policy. This is indeed the worst hotel experience I've had.
