Overview is good. Check-in is so quick and friendly. The hotel is new, fresh, and has modern room decorations. The location is not bad, but you still need to rent a car to travel around the city. The tap water that I feel is very clean, personally I smell chlorine in the bathroom water also after I finished taking a bath. (If you're skin sensitive to chlorine in the water, please consider). A few complaints from me. The hotel provides just 2 pillows and 2 small ones. That's why I gave a rate of 4/5 for this hotel. I expected 4 big pillows for 1 king bedroom. Moreover, the television in my room is quite old (there is a crack line on the screen) and doesn't have Android TV. (You can't chrome-cast Netflix, YouTube, or others from your mobile phone). This might not be a hotel problem. I want to say my room is on the 3rd floor and faces close to the motorcycle park. I did hear the sound of motorcycle engines starting a lot at night (there was a biker group staying here and made a large amount of engine noise around the hotel zone). I would suggest the hotel has some rules for guests who have a noisy vehicle engine to park in another area to avoid noise up to the rooms. Anyway, if compared to other hotels, I still recommend this hotel for your top hotel choices at Surat Thani province. Staffs are so nice and pretty. Reasonable prices.
