第一天，我没有拿到门垫。 第二天，没有毛巾。 网络很差。 工作人员很慢。如果你住超过一晚，你的卡需要每天重新激活。 大堂和通往房间区域的电梯位置有点难找，尤其是如果你有很多行李的话。 优点是：靠近购物中心和夜市。

喷射清洗机无法使用。想用的时候到处都是漏水。

我已经是第五次或第六次住在这里了。总统套房是最好的。仅限3A88套房，请尽快修复，以便客人对该房间感到满意。除此之外，一切顺利。

Even though it looks clean but I believe they didn't change the bedsheet, there ' s hair on the bed when I checked in and my hands and neck felt itchy when I lay down. There ' s also broken shower faucet in my room luckily they accept my request to provide another room for shower. The staffs seem lack of training and didn't know what to do facing this issue.

Not allowed to early check in. Far from MRT/LRT stations. They asked for additional tax (I don't know about this because there 's no info or notes in traveloka, I just know about the deposit). Stay one night only because I have to attend music festivals in MIECC so this hotel is the nearest one, I have no choice. The room is good and clean, also there 's 711 in the lobby and close to MINES mall.

The girl receptionist assigned a room not as per booked. Booked king sized bed but received twin bed instead. The room assigned also have an aircond which was not functioning at all! Called front desk and whatsapp them but no response. Ended up sleep w open-air luckily the booked room has a window that can be opened. This was my 2nd time booking since my 1st experience was great but 2nd hm. My 2nd booking was terribly bad!

Bilik luas, bersih dan staff di kaunter sangat mesra dan sangat membantu. Cuma di bilik tiada karpet. Paling membantu, sekurang2nya ada selipar bilik.

Spacious room, comfy, near to The Mines Shopping Mall, highly recommended. For family vacation also recommended.

friendly staff... especially front desk... keep it up

Wow, fast check in, friendly receptionist and strategic location. They also provided the parking for customers. I loved in staying at this hotel. The hotel was located near Mines Shopping Centre in which we can found a lot of eateries in the mall. The room was spacious and clean. Worry not there were convenient store like KK mart and seven eleven as well as hotel owned Hailam restaurant nearby. Definitely will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to KL.

Clean room, spacious, what I like most is the connecting path to mines.

I enjoyed the room and place there. But the staff was not being honest. I accidentally left my things there. And i'm 200% sure that I left it there. I checked out at 7.30 am. And called them at 8.30 am. They said will check for me. But I need to call them back on 3.00pm. And their answered was. "It's not there" .

Nice room and good place to stay...

located near shopping complex and night market. easy to find transportation. near ktm serdang.

Kerani kaunter mesra dan sangat membantu, bilik hotel bersih, House keeping memuaskan dan paling best hanya beberapa langkah ke mall.

Sangat bagus, dan bersih. kamarnya luas, semua barang baik lantai kamar dan toilet menggunakan bahan kayu. It's very good
