The staff was nice but the rooms where horrible. The whole hole seems it was almost falling apart. The rooms where dirty and there was a lot of moist on the walls. The pictures where probably taken 15 years ago when the hotel was opened and did not look in anyway on the rooms. It is on dark road far away from the city center and looks abonded. We decide not to stay in the hotel. We could not receive our money back because it was booked trough app. Despite that the hotel was so dirty that we decide not to stay.

Ya lumayan lah ya, bersih dan kamarnya luas.

Rates/harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi, mungkin demikianlah kondisi hotel di Bajawa, TV tidak berfungsi, air mati, sarapan seadanya (indomie, roti). Lokasi jauh dari tempat makan dan kota.

Di hotel ini tidak seperti pesanan saya pada hotel sebelumnya di moni. Di sini pesanan saya 4 kamar sudah disiapkan sesuai pesanan. Hanya saja 2 kamar TVnya ada tapi siarannya tidak ada karena belum disambung ke antena. Sarapan pagi hanya ada 2 pilihan mie instan atau roti telur. Tidak boleh tambah karena memang jatahnya segitu. Secara total saya cukup puas dengan pelayanan selama menginap di New Bintang.
