The staff were friendly and helpful, the air conditioning in the room was amazing given how hot the place is!

Customer service handling needs improvement, imagine I am already at the reception with the lady staff when she handled a phone call and left me there waiting with no other staff trying to assist for the whole duration of the call. They have to ask me for my name twice, the first one was one while she was having this phone conversation and then asked me again after the call ended so it was quite obvious she was not paying attention to me at all. Also, there 's no initiative at all, I was waiting in the hotel for already 3 hours, and the foreigner guy who came in later than I did got checked in first when I was just sitting there near the reception for hours.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms with all the necessary basics — all for a relatively cheap price. Great for short term stay.

The receptionist/front desk (angel) ws very accommodating. Great service.

No parking or limited parking. You need to pay parking if you park in front of the hotel.

Spacious room. Clean room and comfort room. Good air conditioning. Relaxing bed. Great location.Everything was great! Just please allocate more free parking space for your guests.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep, this is the place.

The room is clean and well kept. Towels are a bit small, but sufficient. I like that what I saw in their photos is what we actually got. Perfect for our stay, as we are just in transit. plus, the parking is on the second floor and that made me feel secure. staff are friendly and efficient. the shower head, however, was leaking and could have wet the whole bathroom of we didn't keep it at a certain angle. Regardless, we would return!

Hotel is in an excellent location, near Molito and Alabang Town Center. Staffs are very accommodating. Room is very clean. I understand this is a budget hotel however the aircon on the room we got doesn't provide enough coolness that's why we are sweating during our stay, and after 2 hours of checking in, aircon started leaking. I immediately contacted the front desk via their viber (they provide fast internet so you can contact them maybe that is why there's in no phone inside the room, phone is located at the elevator area, and I think it is per floor) they respond fast, they told me that a mechanic will check it first. But I really expected that they will transfer us to another room with that situation but no, the mechanic said they will just fix and clean the mess. Like wth??? And at that time we were suppose to go out to eat but how can we live our things in our room? So we waited until it is done. It is very time consuming given that we just want to relax. No slippers and shampoo provided. They inputted channels on their list that thay don't have access because of their plan. Like, why bother to put it on their customized list of channels? Over all, I think it's tolerable. But they really need to step up.

Bedsheets smells like cigarette. I doubt it if it was changed. There was a lot of necessary noise coming from outside and from the next room. And the air-conditioner is not that cold.
